Self-leadership proves to be significant in person life of every person. In this
assignment, several skills of self-leadership have been discussed such as emotional
intelligence, positivity, self-motivation, self-confidence, decision making power and
communication. I always wanted be a successful manager. Therefore, it is essential for me to
know the strength and weakness of myself. I also require the leadership and management
skills including the positive behaviour toward each and every person. It is true that by
applying the strengths in my life will help in getting the positive result. It can also help in
encouraging the person to adopt several creative skills as well as actions in order to improve
themselves (Antonakis & Day, 2017). The main purpose of this assignment is to develop the
skills through examining the current skills level deeply. By knowing the current skills in
deep, strength and weakness come in front. Furthermore, it has also examined the current
skills level by completing the 360 feedback from manager, friends and co-workers. In the
third part of the assignment, discussion is carried on the self-reflection on my own weakness
and strength. It has also bring the area of improvement and development through adoption of
several activities. After knowing the area of improvement, I will also make the action plan in

At this point also, I believe that friends care too much about me and they do not want to me
bad scores. They said that I am a perfect leader. Due to this, it was not so much helpful for
me. In this way, some of the good and bad things I have come to know regarding me.

comments. I have received answers from many people. however, some of the people

From the results of 360 feedback from my family friends, friends and co workers, I
find the major strength in my good communication skills. Communication skills play an
essential order for every leader. Several forms of communication presents such as verbal as
well as written. Both the communication skills are significant if supervisor want to bring the
productivity under its supervision. Communication also helps in solving problems whether it
is conflict.
The table given below will reflect my own experience as well as state my strong points in

take over the shift
Task The co- workers who have the slot was new entrant in the
organization. I also ensured several meetings but the first
interaction was very negative. She was also short in many of
the answer that were being asked. I also realised that the speech
of person was rude as well as harsh. Due to this, I also started
feeling uncomfortable
Action After this situation, I decided to speak privately with the person
instead of complaining to the supervisor. I also let her know hat
some of the meanings of answer are unproductive and worried
about how you will ensure the responsibility after me. She
apologised for such thing and said that she is stressed with
some fo the issues.
Result I think that the conversation was great. After the few time, she
became comfortable and overwhelmed with me. It is true that
better communication helps the person in working effectively.
Learning From this experience, I have learned that it is always good to
