Manninen, (2018), the micromanagement aspect also needs an individual to be able to provide an
effective solution to the uncertain failures and problem that occurs in the business. In this
context, the weaknesses that I inherit in the trait of micromanagement is that I fail to provide

The third component termed as communicating the vision is stated to be that essential
skill which will help the employees to be more willing towards achieving the goals. In this
connection, the outcome of the test showed that I am capable enough of fostering a clear and
concise direction for my concerned organisation. I potentially gain the strength of
communicating the business plans that excites all the employees to work harder with better
enthusiasm. As opined by Perloff (2016), the individuals who are known to excel in the area of
communicating vision are able enough to persuade the quality of convincing other people. Thus,
I realised that the adherence of the same would help me form the part of the vision of the
employees connected to my organisation.
The fourth criteria that the leadership trait measured were emotional control. In this
connection, the result showed that I need prior improvement in this area. This is because I
directly monitor and regulate my responses and behaviour to my emotional feelings. The test
results stated that the loose in the emotional control would interfere with my ability to perform
practical functions of the leadership position. This is because the stress level encountered because
of the loose in emotional control is high. The report suggested that at the moment when I would
lose my emotional control, I should take a moment to revise my thoughts on the scenario and
think whether my response to the same is fruitful or inappropriate. One should keep in mind that
the lack of control in the emotions, impacts the business relationship with the employees in a
negative way(Pyc, Meltzer & Liu, 2017). This, in turn, becomes my weakness as the same would
create a tense and unease in the working atmosphere of my organisation.

8SELF LEADERSHIP
Last but not least, the final area of the leadership test skill was considered to be termed as
the motivating factor. According to the viewpoint of Cohen (2017), the aspect of motivation is
essential as well as the necessary skill, any leader of a productive business should possess. In this
context, based on the determination of the test, it was critically examined that I inherit this
quality of leadership in an effective manner. The outcome gained by the skill test showed that I
significantly possess all the required skills and level of knowledge that is essential to help and
motivate the employees to work harder and reach to their fullest of the potential. Studies show
that a good leader and a significant motivator is the one who knows the synergy of drawing the
strength of other people out of their mindset and bring them to practical work (Sousa, 2016).
Thus, I realised that I would be adequate to seek out the strengths and talents of the employees in
my working organisation and therefore create value for their work input. The test results also
signified that I would be capable enough to find different ways to motivate and inspire the
employees. This is because an effective leader always makes a point that the employees in the
productive organisation work to their best capabilities in order to gain both the individual and
organisational goals (Drucker, 2018). In addition to this, it was also examined that the leader
should be well aware of the behavioural approach of every individual working in the
organisation as the same would help them to provide the right kind of motivation to the right
employees.

Thus, as per the above SMART goals, it is identified that developing the soft skills and
training courses will help in overcoming the identified issues and challenges. However, it is
recommended that the training courses should include the emotional reaction skills. This is due
to the reason that emotional reaction is one of the major issues identified from the above
analysis. As per the above objectives, developing soft skills will be beneficial due to the reason
that emotional reaction can be enhanced. If I can gain soft skills, then the communication process
of mine with the opponent parties will get enhanced. The development of soft skills will also

Thus, it can be concluded that development of the soft skills will help in overcoming the

autonomy and flexibility of the employees will pose issues in the decision making process. This
is due to the reason that the more will be the delegation of authority for the employees, the more
they will take decisions by their own. Also, they will be likely to be reluctant towards accepting
the vision of the leaders. Thus, with the help of the initiation of the training courses, this
