Introduction
The primary goal and the objective of the study is to describe the core opportunities and
chances that exists in enhancing the knowledge of the employees and also integrating for
achieving for knowledge of performance The high sense of knowledge of the assistant
managers of Travelodge Hotel has been discussed in the study along with the knowledge,
behaviours and skills.. In the first part of the study, a reflective analysis of the assistant
manager of the business corporation has been demonstrated along with a professional
development plan (Bolden, 2016).
In the latter part of the study, it can be further observed that the cross-functional activities of
the assistant manager have been discussed along with the skills and knowledge of the
experienced workers in the Travelodge Hotel Hotel. The application and understanding of the
personal or the professional development plans have been considered that contributes to the
self development plans and skills that can be represented within the learning cycle and
individual learning system. On the other hand, the primary learning interventions of the self
development plan has been perceived for the core demonstration of collaborative working
and effective communication for integrating self developed skills and qualities that are much
needed to meet the core objectives of the organization (West et al. 2014).

In this section the core approaches of the self-managed learning has been evaluated. it can be
observed that the Travelodge Hotel gas been one of the most popular destinations that
encourages staffs and the workers with the help of the diverse approaches of the self-
managed learning. On the other hand, it has been further noted that the Travelodge Hotel has
also evaluated and discussed the self-managed learning for the professional and the personal
development of the employees. Thus, in this section of the study, different approaches of the
self-managed learning have been explained and which approach is suitable for the Travelodge
Hotel has also been depicted in the section (Kislovet al. 2014).

As my knowledge, I can say that the self-managed learning is one of the important concepts

taken their own decisions with the help of the innovative, positive and self-assured thought
process for their own personal and the professional development. On the other hand, it can be

3.1 Discussion and the processing out of the functions and the activities for the
implementation of the development plan
In this section, the functions and activities and their core implementation have been
mentioned, which includes some of the key needs, the methods of meeting those desired
needs and the time frame within which I will meet those basic needs. There are some of the
processes and the activities that are much required for the core implementation of the plan.
The skills which are much important for the implementation and the execution of the plan are
described below
It can be further observed that within the professional skills audit, there are major five types
of skills, which demonstrates the core pieces of evidence of the reflection and the personal
evaluation. The five types of skills are strong communication skills, emotional intelligence,
business acumen and the critical thinking, professional scepticism and interpersonal skills of
the employees. With the help of the above skills, personal evaluation and reflection can be
done and the activities related to the personal development plan can be vastly executed (Boer
et al. 2017).

senior officials of the business corporation has been motivating the employees for increasing
the core productivity of the organization and for the maximization of the sales. On the other
hand, the maximization of the core profit and meeting up the desired targets of the
organization have been also one of their prime objectives (Rae and Wang, 2015).
Thus, on the basis of the aims and goals of the managers and the senior leaders, the personal
