This report provides information about the learning process of self-management; people develop
or improve their personal and their professional skills. The organization uses several methods to
bring improvement in their employees which are important to the workplace. The company starts
training session to their new and existing employees which support them to develop updated
technical skills enhance their knowledge, attitude and behavior towards their teammates or their
leader. The whole report presents the effort of organization which expands the thinking power of
employee. The aim of the organization is that they deliver their service by the skilled full
employees. People take advantage of these techniques and develop their personality under the

While implementing the development plan, various essential processes and activities are needs to
be considered. Such as, the consistency of PPD. Towards that, the questionnaire is prepared
towards regular tracking of PPD plan because the regular tracking would be helpful for getting
rate of improvement or development in individual personality (Ho, 2014). I have identified that
my area of weakness is time limit. Therefore, it is my duty to complete and accomplish the given
task on or before the deadline. Hence, there is a need of aimed approach while developing the
plan. The aimed approach would help me to keep the concentration on the selected task. Apart
from the time maintenance, I should be honest and hard-working towards the given task. Also,
giving respect to the managers and seniors would be helpful in the implementation of personal
and professional development plan (Stern and Brackett, 2012). The scope of the development
plans in the context of organization’s trends and cultures are needs to be considered before
implementing the plan in real-time practices because the employees and workers are frequent

3.1 Discuss the processes and activities required to implement the development plan
While implementing the development plan, various essential processes and activities are needs to
be considered. Such as, the consistency of PPD. Towards that, the questionnaire is prepared
towards regular tracking of PPD plan because the regular tracking would be helpful for getting
rate of improvement or development in individual personality (Ho, 2014). I have identified that
my area of weakness is time limit. Therefore, it is my duty to complete and accomplish the given
task on or before the deadline. Hence, there is a need of aimed approach while developing the
plan. The aimed approach would help me to keep the concentration on the selected task. Apart
from the time maintenance, I should be honest and hard-working towards the given task. Also,
giving respect to the managers and seniors would be helpful in the implementation of personal
and professional development plan (Stern and Brackett, 2012). The scope of the development
plans in the context of organization’s trends and cultures are needs to be considered before
implementing the plan in real-time practices because the employees and workers are frequent
quite often that improve the chances of new trends and generations. Hence, it is important for me
