approaches in self managed learning, ways through which learning for both can be encouraged
and their benefits of self-managed learning thus own current skills and competencies. Although
identification of development needs and identifying development opportunities and making a
development plan which helps in implementing plan reflecting own learning in development plan
and receive feedback, providing solution for work based problems and communicating variety of
styles which will make in effective management strategies.

seminars, internet, social networking and books. And these are as follows:
Internet: It is something where a person can find anything to learn. This helps in
learning in a effective way. Just because internet provides human beings a visual study and this
affects the mind of individuals. At basic level general search engine is google where individual
can access the information written by journals and through authors.
Seminar and conferences: People can learn various things through seminars and
conferences. This helps in learning in a great way just because it makes to learn though audio
and visual both. In seminars mainly experienced person are there who manages the stage and
influences many other, this makes a affect in the minds of the individuals which helps in
developing themselves for such thing in proper manner.

P12 Solutions to work based problems.
Employees is having a responsibility to solve problems which helps in having a flow of
work. Workers sometimes take this as a challenge and tries their level best to work hard and
attain goals and objectives (Von Haenisch, 2011). The work based problems investigate and
provides solution in organisation which is as follows:
Investigation of work based: Investigation should be there of the work done as because
investigation helps to know the area of problem and this makes to identify the collaboration in
between employees and organisation. Problems are various in firms like inequality in salary,
conflicts among employees etc. investigation should be done in organisation to know the
problem areas.
Solution to problem: After having investigation it becomes responsibility of the senior
department to solve the problem of employees in proper manner. Supervising on regular basis is
the best solution for conflict situation in firm. Entity can develop individuals by creating a group
or team in organisation which solves the issue of collaboration they will work as one. This will
giver a positive result as well and in this self managed learning and self evaluation are promoted
in the firm.
P13 Communicate in variety of style and in appropriate manner.
There are various communication style chose in organisation which helps the personal to
work effectively. Those styles are as follows:
controller style: They are having clear set of goals and objectives and they solves the
problem in proper manner. Senior managers in firm are the main part in controller style.
Promoter style: They are those who loves to talk a lot they are extrovert kind of person
and usually are more social in nature. They do have attractive personality and curious and
expressive style.
Supporter style: They are those who supports every thing in the organisation and ion
very effective manner. Person with this style are of patient and well behaved or good listener.
The communication style do helps the firm to work in effective manner and help in
attaining the organisational goals in efficient manner.

The person in itself cannot manage the time. For firm who wants to be successful they
need to understand the value of time. Effective management strategies depends on personality
individuals, level of self discipline etc. To evaluate time management strategies effectively it is
required to have as:
Know how to spend time: Knowing the time management in effective way helps
individual to manage time in effective way. Keeping records helps person to identify the use or
consumption of time and knowing which task is very important.
Get organised: A person should organise everything on right place which helps in
reducing the consumption of time I effective manner. Organised things helps in completing task
within time.
Avoid multi tasking: Most of the person cannot complete their work on time just
because they have a habit of completing few task in a single period of time. This dis manages the
time scenario in great manner. So it is required to do a single work at a particular time.
CONCLUSION
Personal and professional development is required by the person as this helps in
completing their task on time and in effective way too. Having a development plan helps them to
develop themselves according to changes in the scenario of market. Learning helps in developing
a personal skills and abilities. Somewhere developing skills and abilities or providing training to
them helps them to increase their productivity and performance in the organisation in perfect
