This entire work is based on the personal and professional development of an individual working
in an organization. In this study, there is a discussion about National Trust which is a charity
developed in 1895 that is responsible for taking care of the coastlines, beaches, gardens, and
other art collections. Every year many visitors are visiting there to enjoy and experience
unforgettable days of their life. In this there is an appointment of the visitor welcome manager
who will be performing certain roles and responsibilities and this entire report is based on his
personal and professional development.
