INTRODUCTION
Acquisition play a very essential role in every occurrent of individual in his life. The aim
of setting up this report is to help scholar in perceptive the grandness of self-managed
acquisition. This report creates a wide apprehension concerning importance of self-managed
learning for both employee and organization. Moving on, in this study detail discussion is carried
out by developing self improvement program and structure that can be native to distance
hindrance in carrying out of these plan. At the end of these report a case survey is discussed in
which several measures are represented in concise that can be adopted in terms of reduce
employees absenteeism and minimize the rate of employee resignation from the job. All these
topics will be discuss further and also have suggestion to easily remove them.

Self-managed acquisition is the activity in which a person's learning is encouraged and
knowledge is gained by once's own efforts(Zepeda, 2012). There are many approaches in which
self-learning is encouraged and gain various type of personal and professional skills to self-
development. The person can analyses, research and study the sources from the articles, online
internet portals, websites and journals of the topic which are already data gathered by someone
else. Self-managed learning is the process about to the setting the goals by evaluating the process
of learning and planning y them a person ensure their personal development and manage
themselves.ï‚· Seminar and Conferences: seminar and conferences are a most important thing to
learning self managed approach, it is an opportunity in which a person can present their
knowledge about something to other people and also learn new things from other people
thoughts(Watts, 2010). Further seminar and conferences being able to a person more
assured in talking in public and also evolve their demonstration power.
ï‚· Internet: Internet is like a home, there are vast amounts of data collection(Watts, 2010).

to the professional discourse(Vetere, and Stratton, 2016). An individual person could find it out
by its personal assessment. Life long learning is too important to be left to schools and
universities. Lifelong learning by evaluating their strength, weakness, opportunity and threats.
My most strength is good learning skill, friendly, curiosity to learn new things etc. and my
imperfectness is, I get troubled when I am tired but I tried to overcome from it by physical
exercises. A lifelong learner is someone who recognize the need for life long learning and is
highly motivated in order to engage in the process. It is an opportunity for substantive personal
interaction with others. Learning task is challenging for learner but it is also achievable new
things to learner which help to develop personal and professional things.ï‚· Swot Analysis: Through measuring personal SWOT analysis, this will help me with my
personal and professional learning to use different tools which are self-reflection learning
and consistent profession development(Van Driel, and Berry, 2012 ). It's all about to
trying learn to review opinion, thought, judgment and personal and professional
understanding and actions that will help to accomplish career goal as well as to promote
my staff and motivated them that will support to my employee in their career
development and create a efficient organizational environment which will assist both for
my and my staff for life long learning to survive in the future more effectively and
efficiently.

appropriate planning and organizing skills to effectively manage them. I suggest my staff to
improve by self-managed learning and I would also learn all my weak points to improve the

objective is to become a successful automobile maker. I will join relative educational institute
that gives grooming of automotive engineering then I will join designing course which provides
me a broad sense of automobile customization.

go for every class and remain will organize etc. but I was not able to follow with all these
predetermined problems:
1. Attend all class- it is really challenging attending every class because several time bed
circumstances like suffering from diseases and any other personal and family issues can
not make me able to attend all the classes.

Above all these four steps in evolution program there is no difficulty but in terms of the
activities there is difficulty regarding continuous attending classes and preparing notes. So in
terms of solve these difficulties little evolution program is modified. Following changes are
made in the improvement program.
1. Go to all class- As mention above it is very hard to attend every class but keep
maintaining in the frequently attending the classes could be possible by some endeavor.
Before taking any conclusion concerning about it I will examine the intensity the
condition. On the ground of severity of situations, I will decide whether to attend class or
not. I will not attend my any class, when I am suffering from sickness or involving in the
resolution a issue imperatively. With these activities, I can reduce my absences.
2.Preparing notes- For lack of time and busy schedule and tiredness. I do not have time
to prepare note myself. In solve this problem I god to bed earlier and get up early in the
morning. As result difficulty of tiredness and busy agenda will be abstracted and I will
