INTRODUCTION
Effective management skills are considered as those characteristics that assist to feel
more motivated by oneself By taking the responsibility or Management of regarding the one's
own behavior (Toms,And et.al., 2015). Present report lay emphasis on the reflection on the
effective management and academic works. The need of management with all the business is
crucial as it considers as the act of maintaining oneself. Generally most of the individual can
begin their tasks with full of energy but at the end time they are not get the appropriate results.
For that there is a need of Management. The benefits of the time management is that it assist to
achieve that what an individual want as well as faster. It assists the work done but in less time.
Issues like mental health is also becomes popular as nowadays as feeling mentally god is very
crucial in one's life. People are not satisfy mentally. For this they have to take care of themselves.
Report also focuses on the reflection of the effective management of oneself with the help of the
Gibbs model. Gibbs reflective cycles boost people to think more systematically about all the
experiences faced during a specified situation, activity and event. In reflection the point are
covered such as doing hard work am avoided procrastinate the works , To maintain health with
work , Be consistent, self-discipline. Then feelings and evaluation and analysis discussed of the
effective management of oneself (Grissom, Loeb. and Mitani, 2015).
Reflection on the Effective management
Management is something where anyone keeps learning. Here I can participate within all
the management course all over the world as they can always teach me the obvious skills
regarding managing other teamwork and communications(Cottrell, 2017) .
But, if I am not managing myself (effectively) than how can expect that I can manage my team.
Mention below are some rules I learn to manage myself.

Hard work
I need to prepare myself for hard work. I can't expect my team to be more efficient if am
not willing to put myself within the effort. Time management and organization is crucial in
one's life (Williams,2015). To be more effective all I need to be ruthless with my time. Also, I

biggest time waster of my life. As I faced the situation where I procrastinate my tasks and hence
I faces the biggest issues as was unable to complete my tasks and at last faces a lot more
difficulty ( Ziglar, 2019). For that I have to keep in mind that Hard work is the key to the
success. At the same time Only hard work doesn't provide the success for that I have to do work
smartly as well.
Be healthy
To maintain health with work
Health is wealth is an old saying. Work Hard means being busy, and too sometimes
busy. It is hard to prioritize that what should be done (Hardcastle. And et.al., 2015). But how
many times I have to skip the lunch to complete a task, also sometimes i have to skip the
breakfast for attending the early class lectures and meeting. This continuously happens and I
faced the health issues, then only Health is the first priority as if my health is not managed that
how I can focus on my job and my studies both. So health is the one which can be managed
consistently . I am taking care of my health as I feel good from inside as well as outside. . Here I
am not talking about the physical health, as I also faced the mental health issues also , I was not
sleep properly at night and not eating properly as mental health is also becomes dangerous for
me ,for that I have to take care of myself by not taking more stress as most of the time my
schedules are hectic one by juggling several roles as well as responsibilities all the time on a
regular basis makes me exhausted, however I can make it easier by learning to manage stress.
By spending time with my famiy and friends, Eat healthy, doing mediation regularly as well as
watching movies (Rousseau. and Olivas‐Luján,2015).
Be consistent
As management approach can be effective only when if I am consistent (Rousseau. and Olivas‐
Luján,2015). Whatever I took the work within hand, I have to take the responsibility. Before
applying any management skills it can be consistent.

My peers tries to motivate me that I will complete my tasks within time. I was feeling very bad
when I get to know that I was not consistent at my work but when I decided to change this habit
than They also suggest me to makes a time table and prioritize my work. This really helps me
and when my tasks completed on time than I feel motivated and this develops a self-confidence.

grow my carrier. And I value the time, that makes me more productive as well as efficient as a
working professional. Negative side is that while sometimes very much discipline makes the life
of an individual fun-less, as life should be blamed not so much stressful and not too much
stressful (Grissom, Loeb. and Mitani, 2015).
Analysis
On the reflection I have realized that I have to maintain the time table for my tasks and
maintains the balance for my personal as well as my professional. I have to give time for my
entertainment source as well. Otherwise, I feel demotivated and unable to concentrate on my
present tasks. Speaking to some friends after when I completed my tasks ,their positive feedback
helped me to realized that improving day by day (Rousseau. and Olivas‐Luján,2015).
