From the above given information, it can be analysed that I should develop my three key
areas and skills which are: team work, receiving feedback and conflict resolving. All these are
very effective and helpful in making the business process successful and efficient. In addition, all
these are the necessary skills which are needed at every stage of an organisation. In context to
this, I gathered some of the effective and beneficial data from different sources as I thought that I
have an ability to deal with any kind of problems of an individual as well as group of people.
Team work is an effective core skill and it helps in bringing coordination between the different
activities and skills for accomplishing the set organisational aims and objectives in an effective
or appropriate manner. I motivate my staff members to work together in a team in order to

growth of process of an organisation. So, in order to this, it is necessary for me to work on my
negotiation skills and also try to improve them for dealing with the conflict situation.
For the purpose of improving skills, it is necessary for me to focus on the staff members
or workers by effectively listening their problems. In addition to this, at the time of my study
period, I can focus on negotiation and also its process. From this, I can learn many things and
also develop ability to deal with various kinds of conflict resolution process. From this I can
manage all the conflict situations in a proper manner and it will be beneficial for the success of
an organisation. I also take part in some of the programmes in order to developing my skills in a
proper manner. It will be very helpful for me in enhancing the skills and also knowledge about
