Self-awareness is considered to be ability to recognise own emotion and capabilities that one
possess. Skills are determined to be the capability that enable to perform certain set of roles in
effective manner. In this context, it includes skills like communication, problem solving,
decision making, etc. Self and other understanding will be play a most important part, which is
different factors that for help to improve self-awareness. This report will focus on different types
of core skills, which will be based on faster innovation. This report focuses on some personal
development plan and alternations for future changes. Further, this report will focus on the four
most important core skills that must be used perform roles in effective manner.

Time management:
Time management skills plays most important role inside organisation and for managing
personal work. There are different type of works that are needed to be performed within
speculated time period. In this context, it requires to have time management skills so that

to get proper time for making appropriate analysis for the essential tasks that are needed to
be performed. In other words, time management is necessary to accomplish predefined
goals and objectives before the deadlines.

Time skill is important because it allows the person to achieve more in a short span of time
and one can have more free time if he/she manages the time well, which leads reduce stress
and better decision making. It is important to make future planning. I have studied Pareto
principle of time management which makes me more punctual and use the time in much
effective way.

Regarding this skill my competence can be asked to my colleagues and peer friends. As
time management skill can be easily noticed by everybody in the company. My boss
appreciate me for my timely performance. Their positive response encourage me to do
work efficiently. I always try to complete my targets before deadline.

The most basic thing of human being is for the requirement of understanding others. With

Communication skill is important because every ability of a person reflects through
communication. One can get a good job just through a good communication skills and can
