INTRODUCTION
Digital marketing is the process of selling and buying products with the help of digital
technology such as through internet, email, advertising on social media networking. As this
report is related to selling myself to any company by considering cost, target customers,
objective (Hofacker, 2018). Action plan is to be made for deciding that what is to be done in the
future and at what position I see myself in the near future. This study is based on selling myself
in the market that includes opportunities and positioning statement among the competitors in the
marketplace.
MAIN BODY
Current situation analysis, strength and weakness
The current situation is based on myself as a brand. As I have to sell myself in the
marketplace to different companies by considering cost and budget that is needed to recruit
myself in the company. As there are different companies that are working in different fields
some of the companies may not recruit me as my qualification doesn't match their criteria. For
selling myself in the market is the difficult task as so many competitors are available that bring
barrier to sell me. For selling myself I need to improve my skills and knowledge that will meet
the requirements of that company in the market. My strength is that my team management skill is
good that will be beneficial for the company. So they can recruit me in their company. I am
honest and believe in work ethics. For companies it is necessary that an employee is following
the ethics of company so this is my strength and company can recruit me as employee in its
organization. Maintaining ethics plays an important part in the organization (Lamberton and
Stephen, 2016). As I have good organizational skills to take decision and solving problem so its
beneficial for the companies. My weakness is my communication skill is not good so companies
less prefer to recruit me as nowadays there is a need of a person whose communication skill is
good. Nowadays companies is hiring those people whose communication skill is good because
most of the job profile is for sales and marketing and in this field it is necessary to communicate
with people otherwise sales cannot increase and company can't earn profit.

As I am a fresher so I have many opportunities to apply in different companies that will
also helps in personal development of mine. I can apply to companies that are related to my
background that helps in growth in future course of action. Presently companies are hiring most

Companies facilitate work from home as well that helps employees to do work according to their
suitability (Kotler and et. al., 2017). It becomes more feasible for me to work as there are more
opportunities that is available in the market. Target customers are those for the companies who
will meet the criteria of their company. The companies can hire me as my qualification meet
their requirement. I may be selected for different position in different companies. There are some
many competitors in the market who will beat me in interview and have offer letter in hands.
Companies choose those candidates who can fulfil their requirements and helps in growth of the
company. Therefore, target customers is me and hire those people who are capable of doing
work effectively and efficiently.
Objectives
The main objective of mine is to get placed in a good company that offer better package
as compared to other company. My objective is to achieve goal after settle into the company that
provide growth opportunities for the future. My short term goal is to settle down into good
company where I get a corporate knowledge about the working of the companies. I have long
term objective also as to become CEO of the company. These objectives help me in achieving
my career goal effectively and efficiently (Lobstein and et. al., 2017). Therefore, objectives plays
an important part in our life to succeed in the future.
These objectives help in gaining more knowledge about the corporate world so that it will
become easy to survive in the environment. I have to learn many new things for achieving my
objective for succeeding in life.

I position myself in the market by showcasing my talent in the market. There are so many
competitors in the market that create competition and will help in enabling segmentation into the
market. I can position myself by saying that I am expert in using particular software that other
person is not able to operate so through this I create position of myself in the market. Positioning
