INTRODUCTION
Reflection of own capabilities and weaknesses plays very much important role as it
provides the opportunity to improve the major areas to remain competitive in business
environment (Burden, 2020). With the help of own assessment an individual can give one of
their best efforts in achieving desirable goals and objectives. Respective report is based on the
reflection of own learning and development. After analysis weakness to build action plan to pace
towards in definite direction to achieve desirable goals and objectives. Finally it includes the
awareness towards global context of higher education.

Reflection
Reflection is the response to a specified stimulus. Majorly it is written by the individual
to explore oneself experience, feelings and events in order to remain competitive in business
environment (Burden, 2020). In respective section I demonstrate my skills, capabilities and areas
of weakness while giving presentation in front of people on specified subject matter. While

presenting information I analyze that there are some areas in which I am proficient and some in
which I face deficiency. After collecting knowledge and information from people I reflect my
self by asking my questions that are as follows:
What you have learnt: Presenting knowledge and information in front of people is one of
challenging task as to make it successful required to build attention of audience. To do so
presentation should be very attractive and informative too. While depicting the presentation I
learned a lot of things that proved beneficial in career growth in future. I learnt the way to create
attractive presentation and elaborating in magical manner so that each and every pay attention on
listening and understanding what is delivered to them. I got the opportunity of collaborative
working with many individuals that build skills of team building that is one of most crucial
learning for me. but I also evaluated that working with many people that belong from diverse
class, perspective and thoughts create difficulty that create chaos creates that provides various
kinds of information to me. I develop number of soft skills while teacher gives task to create on
presentation on specified subject matter that build distinctive ability. From the starting I learned
various skills that are allocation of roles and tasks to each and every individual by accessing their
skills, then specify time frame to present information and them check the performance of every
individual to make positive kind of modifications. Further practice a lot to create distinctive
effect in the presentation to gain attention of people with creativity and adding astonishing
knowledge to remain competitive in marketplace.
What new information has been presented:
It is very much important for an individual to present the new information and
knowledge that enables to attract the attention of large no. of individuals to gain the
potential outcomes. it has been analyze that while presenters collect distinguish
information it creates value in their presentation and memorable for long time (Cottrell,
2019). While I present the information we add some distinctive values of higher
education, show rare facts and figures and government efforts to enhance education level
in people and investment ratio towards side of government, the ratio of private
institutions and government institutions that engaged in education department. Further
information related to the preference of students in regards of private and government
institutions and reason behind it. In that regards there are number of facts and figures

should be served in front of audience that not only enhance their knowledge but also
create a strong bond in between us. So it is very much important for an individual to
present the information in most innovative manner that helps to attract the attention of
large no. of individuals to remain competitive in market place.
What was interesting: To build distinctive effect in presentation, it is very much
important to add some values in presentation that proved interesting for audience in
positive manner (Crane, Matten and Spence, 2019). the interesting part in our
presentation that visualization and picturesque quality in presentation that helps to gain
attention of audience in potential manner. the another most interesting part in
presentation that each of the member of audience come in presentation in completely
different mood that proved beneficial to make it successful. By telling interesting stories
related to subject matter and adding videos helps to gain potential outcomes from the
people. The interesting part from the side of me that I develop various kinds of skills and
capabilities in oneself such as leading others, motivating others and many more that
directly improve my level of confidence that is very important for any individual.
How might you use information
Information and knowledge always proved beneficial for each and every
individual that collected (Estes, 2019). For delivering presentation we collected
interesting knowledge and information regarding higher education. Information related to
higher education proved beneficial for the competitive examination and in enhancing the
general knowledge as it is potential to acknowledge education system of the native
country. It proved for individual if s/he working with the education department as it is
necessary to have the basic knowledge. With skill of presentation and leading other
people proved beneficial not only in the corporate world but it proved beneficial in day to
day life operations. As communication, leadership and team building is very important in
corporate world to gain competitive advantage potentially.
What did you fully not understand or confused, what actions should be taken about
it.

While presenting information via the presentation, it has been analyze that some
sort of misunderstanding created in building of team and allocation of responsibilities
Kumar, 2019). Some individuals talk about other topics that are less relevant to the
specified subject of presentation. Respective activities create some sort of confusion in
that regards it is very much important to list out all the activities by assigning roles in
clear form and practice again and again. In that regards it has been evaluated that for an
individual self evaluation plays very much important role in accessing the strength and
areas of weakness for building strategies and tactics in order to remain competitive within
the marketplace. by using the specified action plan an individual can pace towards the
definite path that is very effective in achieving potential outcomes.
Action Plan:
Action plan is very much important for an individual to pace towards in definite direction for
achieving desirable goals and objective (Paul, 2019). Here are the action plan for team

team should be framed due to diverse kind of people various kinds of difficulties arise
(Swanson, 2019. To overcome from respective issue it is important to prioritize the actions
of every individual such as the most important task is to deliver effective kind of
presentation. To allocate responsibilities it is important to identify an individuals skills so
that we can gain what is expected.

resources to each individual who is part of team. The necessary resources to deliver the
presentation required is Laptop, time, stationary and many more. It is observed that above
mentioned action plan every individual by giving one of their best efforts by setting
milestone of their performance.
Schedule, commit and meet the target date: In respective stage an individual by giving
one of own best efforts remain committed to meet the target on right time (Burden, 2020).

Awareness of Global context of higher education
Recognizing the significance of academic, scientific and technological strength has
become increasingly important for building international relationship with the other countries. To
operate at global level required flow of information, knowledge of resources among nations that
are interconnected with each other in context of political, social, culture basis. Globalization is
related with the interconnectedness of people and organization with the world for trading and for
other purpose (Crane, Matten and Spence, 2019). It is the ability to move and communicate in
potential manner in all over the world to operate business activities in potential manner.
Globalization also related with the employability as it is one of most fierce problem in front of
people. The work denote the variability across the different times, geographical locations and
social strata. It has been analyze that social, political and economic structure change all the
impact regarding meaning of work or attribution related with work experience. In traditional
