Part 1: Personal Goals
The summary of my life goals
 Self-reflection is an opportunity to actively and consciously and actively create the life on
purpose. Self-reflection helps to learn from the mistakes, the past experiences and the
failures. Hence, I will present my personal goals through this self-reflection.
 It is highly important to have the personal goals in life because it propels a person
forward with a reason to accomplish the aims. I believe that the goals transform the
innumerable mountain into the walkable hills. Every person moves in lie with some
particular goals and the go are usually oriented to their personal interests.
 From childhood, certain fields have attracted my interests such as travel, adventure and
health. I always wanted to grow in this field and develop my career related to these fields.
In the field of travel, I liked the daily adventures and meeting with different type of
people and this is why I want to choose the role of an HR in the tourism project
management. The profession of a travel manager would be an option to go ahead in my
career.
 Regarding a profession in the adventure field, I am much interested in any type of
outdoor job that poses different challenges in front of me physically and mentally. Hence,
I prefer to work in a far off place where the condition is challenging. The job I prefer will
be of a forest manager. The job can be on-shore or defense service for the country.
 Apart from travel and adventure, I prefer a job which is children oriented as I love to
spend time with children. Specifically, I am more inclined towards working around the
young children instead of the grown-ups. Based on my interests, I have set my career

goals having learnt from the previous achievements. Notably, I prefer to plan precisely
and go ahead on with the plan with patience.
The goals reached in past and goals to be reached in future
 Past goals achieved – ( general )
 I have worked as a primary teacher in a pre-school where there were 200 student.
 ( Specific) I have worked with the school students in a primary school as a language
teacher. The experience was extremely well but I have faced some difficulty in managing
the children. From the experience I have understood that I need to work more on my
communication and management skills for better outcomes.
 Future Goals ( General , In 12 months )
 I will join a grooming class, read more books, articles related to communication and
management .
 Specific- ( In 12 months)
 I will watch relevant videos and take the guidance of a senior manager of a reputed
company or leader to learn how to improve on my skills so that I can reach my career
goals and accomplish the interests.
