Overview
The Australian government is determined on improving a correct stage that will increase the
entrepreneurial skills of the migrants. The empowerment programs by the government aspire to
making sure that the migrants work towards economic expansion of the nation (Clibborn and
Wright, 2018). I have learned that the digitalization in Australia has made it possible for starting
up a new business which will enhance the standard of living of the community. I have found that
it is vital for the immigrants to consider the utilization of the technology in making as it likely for
the business to perform well in Australia. I learned from the entire study that the inclusion of
migrants groups in government decision making has offered the information needed by the
center of population for a stable flow of operations.

Effectiveness and usefulness of learning program
My opinion about learning process is effective as it enables me to understand the entire concept
of the influencing business ownership by migrants in Australia Entrepreneurial skills. I have
learned that the digital literacy believes the education and the training that expected in the nation.
As per my opinion, it is necessary for the country to have the ICT resources that would be
helpful in digitalizing operations for proper entrepreneurial activities. I have analyzed that the
number of migrants is increased in Australia in the recent past. It has been increased from 85,000
in 1996 to 208,000 in 2017 (Ng and Metz, 2015). I have learned that the migration to Australia
has affected the growth of the population hence the government has initiated a policy that is
meant at making sure that the migrants add to social and economic development in the country.
The value of this experience for me is huge as I got knowledge about the Migrants in Australia
Entrepreneurial skills in-depth manner (Hamilton and Webster, 2015).

Included point in the learning process
This learning process will be useful for me in my course and future career as I got good
knowledge about the role of government in encouraging the businesses in Australia. I have
learned that the nations are capable to fulfill the needed level of production by amplifying the
various active migrants. Along with that, I have learnt that the government of Australia is
focused on connecting the migrants with community activities for increasing the growth of the
nation (Booth, 2015). It will be helpful for me in my future to understand the contribution of
government in making active migrants through employment, entrepreneurship and volunteer
engagement. In this course, I have learnt that the involvement of migrants in labor forces and
volunteer activities are done in ensuring that there is a large contribution of all the migrants to
the community. The learning process is enabled me to understand that entrepreneurial relocation
is used in attractive the way of life of the society through appointment in business (Carson,
Carson and Eimermann, 2018).
Learning process
I have taken help of research approaches and strategy to collect the data regarding the topic in
which I focused on relevant journal data. I have chosen qualitative data in which Subjective or
experimental researches are considered by me. I have learnt that in qualitative research, the goal
is not, to sum up to a public, rather, it is to build up an inside and out examination a topic that is
being looked into. I have learnt that sampling approach is necessary for developing the task as it
is necessary to evaluate the data without consuming a lot of time over it. I made ensure that the
reliability and the validity of the research are maintained in a sophisticated manner. I have
analyzed that the action plan has the big role in accomplishing the task in an efficient manner in

which I made the action plan and Gantt chart. This activity of mine encouraged me to evaluate
the importance of each activity and in case of any issue in a specific activity, I extended the time.
Role of business research in the learning process
The role of business research in the learning process was huge as it facilitated me to understand
the role of migrants in the growth of the Australian business. I found that it aided me to realize
that how the data can be gathered in a well-organized manner with taking various approaches
and strategies of research (Zikmund, Babin, Carr & Griffin, 2013). The business research
enabled me to know that the business benchmarks in Australia are considered as guarantee due to
improvement in social and financial by an expanded level of business.
Explanation of learning process
I have chosen to do two particular activities regarding the similar topic in which I have entailed
the project objective, project scope and the literature review in my first assignment. I have
realized that the role of research methodology in the research is huge as it enables the researcher
to gather the data by using different approaches which make the research more reliable. My
second assignment helped me to understand that the data can be collected in the more efficient
way with the help of research approaches (Hamilton and Webster, 2015). A deep discussion
regarding entrepreneurial skills, Socio-cultural and economic characteristics and government
policies have been made in my first assignment. On the other hand, the summary of literature
review and the research methodology sections have been emphasized in my second assignment
which was very helpful for me to categorize the entire concept in more significant manner.

This learning might apply in my future to increase the knowledge about the businesses as
prolonged business enterprise forcefully impacts the flow of the country to get the popular level
of national belligerence. The research questions facilitated me to understand that before
implementing anything the anticipated consequences should be formed which will be helpful in
determining the various steps to achieve the goals. I have observed that the globalization has
made it probable for foreign investors to begin businesses in, unlike nations. I can start up my
business in Australia as it is a nation that objectives at using globalization to boost the business
entrance and growth in the county.
