SWOT Analysis
This essay is about a SWOT analysis. I accept that this self-assessment was given to us to
get to know each other better. This self-assessment leads me to discover my strengths, to see my
flaws, to identify openings that may appear in my life, but also to keep myself out of danger.
Today I understand the importance of this test for my event and I know about events. Right now
I understand how difficult it is for me to see my strengths, but above all my flaws and risks.
In this self-assessment I speak to myself and know myself better. SWOT analysis
(effects, shortcomings, openings and risks) is a project that is used to assess the bad position of
an organization and to create a key configuration. SWOT analysis evaluates internal and external
variables, both current and future. An individual SWOT analysis can do the same for someone
seeking their job goals. It will provide experiences depending on your character's strengths and
weaknesses, the challenges you see in front of you, and the opportunities available around you
now and in the future. (Martin, 2019) The main purpose of SWOT is to advance known
functionality, reduce shortages, opportunities for misuse, and use other courses of action to limit
risks. There are always several advantages to using SWOT analysis for self-improvement.

Strengths:
I can co-ordinate the organization to work together to achieve its aims by focusing on the
goals set by senior management and CEOs; develop the organization's skills; creation of key jobs
within the organization; and defining the needs through the staff survey. Similarly, coordinating
the organization to achieve the goal is my closeness because I am traditional, humble and
unpretentious. I'm fit to handle my stress in emergencies.
Weakness:
The management style is my fault; because I am bad at coordinating, leading, motivating
and appointing. These four skills are essential in the style of proper authority I need. I don’t
really understand; how poor I am in consciousness; they cannot control emotions effectively; I
can't believe it myself. I only take pity and I have reasonable social skills. I usually trust
individuals effectively; how individuals can take advantage because I trust them; and this can
cause great disappointment in the future.
Opportunities
In the future, with advanced training and learning; a later workforce will be smarter than
it is now. This will allow me to get positive results from this staff. With significant authority
options; it will be easier for me to deal with my group from anywhere on the planet. Each fresh
selected for work is well aware of their development and transportation. This will allow me to
reduce my experience of motivation.
Threats:
Changing atmosphere; the effects of COVID-19 in particular will pose a huge risk to the
attention of the group. Teleworking is a viable option to keep the business going; but it will also
be unpleasant to supervise and lead that group that is not in front of you. Surely the supervision
of such an organization is no simple task; and it requires several steps to coordinate with each
other.

Conclusion
This work was important to me because it helped me find myself better. I think it is crucial for
another substitute to make such an argument. With the help of this work, I needed to see my
strengths and weaknesses, understand how to find promising scenarios in whatever happened to
me, and avoid potential risks. SWOT analysis helped me to be safer and faster, it helped me to
see terrible situations.
