Self-Reflection on Entrepreneurship and Personal Development

This assignment is a self-reflection on the student's understanding and development within the context of entrepreneurship. The student acknowledges the significance of interpersonal skills and entrepreneurship in business management, highlighting the importance of effective planning, team working, and communication. The reflection covers the student's role as a planner in team projects, emphasizing the importance of data collection, long-term sustainability, and the application of SMART objectives for personal development. Self-Reflection

Entrepreneurship is considered as most significant factor which is being referred by
individual in management of business activities. It has been noticed that by having an
appropriate understanding in respect to business management. I have acknowledged that
interpersonal skills and entrepreneurship is referred as most essential aspect. It allows to have
effective application of activities and make sure that goals and objectives are being
accomplished. According to study of module, I can state that team working is one of most critical
factor which can lead any project to effective accomplishment, through effective responses and
better skills application the issues can be overcome. In addition to this, it can be said that by
having a proper understanding of entrepreneurship the overall learning can be advanced. Along
with this, in order to have better understanding about the subject I have participated effectively in
team work. In team work I have accomplished my roles and responsibilities as a planner. It
means I have gained information about aspects which are essential for planning. Through having
effective development of planning skills the working at entrepreneurship level can be improved.
In addition to this, I have also gained the fact that for better planning use of data
collection methods is also significant. It is because planning requires gathering of information. If
data in regard to subject is not appropriate then the planning standards cannot be referred in
desired manner. By having an application of diverse methods the issues can be resolved
effectively in order to meet key goals and objectives. I have also become acknowledged that long
term sustainability can be advanced through use of effective planning methods. Moreover, there
are number of issues which need to be referred by management so that long term sustainability
can be well maintained. In addition to this, it can be said that I have also gained the information
about communication skills which need to be referred effectively. Through effective
consideration of communication skills I can easily have interaction with members.
Along with this, the interaction with members is also significant to consider because it
helps in sharing of information. It helps in meeting standards so that long term opportunities can
be attained. Moreover, the consideration of values is also necessary because it assist on meeting
key goals and objectives. In the process, before determination of skills development of objectives
I have to carry out the self-assessment in order to evaluate my present skills and capabilities. It
assist me to ensure that proper measures are being taken into account so that effective
accomplishment of objectives can be there. Moreover, there are various activities created in
order to achieve objectives of personal development. For this, an individual measures the impact

of various operations on the basis of SMART objective. It describes several factors of goals and
activities in the form of specific, measurable, achievable, and relevant and time frame.
Moreover, the learning in respect to leadership skills has also been attained so that better
accomplishment of activities can be taken into account. I become acknowledged that my
leadership skills has allowed to meet the objectives and enhanced the morale of other members.
In addition to this, it can be said that I have successfully enhanced the morale of team members
so that they can perform activities more effectively. Along with this, during team working I have
observed that every member in team has its own importance. Each member characteristics allows
to improve the productivity so that long term sustainability can be well maintained. My team
coordination was appropriate which has facilitated in performance improvement. Along with
this, during team work I have also gained information and skills in regard to observation skills.
Such kind of aspects are beneficial to have better improvement in entrepreneurship measures. By
having an effective development of diverse measures the issues can be resolved. It also helps in
effective development of sustainable values so that long term measures can be overcome.
Through having effective learning in regard to measures like analytical skills and problem
solving the individual can offer better support to management working. In addition to this, it has
been noticed that learning has provided me development related skills at high level.
At the end, conclusive points can be that I have acknowledged that interpersonal skills
and entrepreneurship is referred as most essential aspect. It allows to have effective application
of activities and make sure that goals and objectives are being accomplished. I have also become
acknowledged that long term sustainability can be advanced through use of effective planning
methods. Moreover, the consideration of values is also necessary because it assist on meeting key
goals and objectives.
