individual in management of business activities. It has been noticed that by having an
appropriate understanding in respect to business management. I have acknowledged that
interpersonal skills and entrepreneurship is referred as most essential aspect. It allows to have
effective application of activities and make sure that goals and objectives are being
accomplished. According to study of module, I can state that team working is one of most critical
factor which can lead any project to effective accomplishment, through effective responses and
better skills application the issues can be overcome. In addition to this, it can be said that by

with this, in order to have better understanding about the subject I have participated effectively in
team work. In team work I have accomplished my roles and responsibilities as a planner. It

In addition to this, I have also gained the fact that for better planning use of data
collection methods is also significant. It is because planning requires gathering of information. If
data in regard to subject is not appropriate then the planning standards cannot be referred in
desired manner. By having an application of diverse methods the issues can be resolved
effectively in order to meet key goals and objectives. I have also become acknowledged that long
term sustainability can be advanced through use of effective planning methods. Moreover, there
are number of issues which need to be referred by management so that long term sustainability
can be well maintained. In addition to this, it can be said that I have also gained the information
about communication skills which need to be referred effectively. Through effective
consideration of communication skills I can easily have interaction with members.
