Organisations hire personnel who possess leadership skills for influencing their employees
so that they can perform in desired manner. It is very important to inherit required skills which
are essential for leading others (Grubaugh and Flynn, 2018). Management skills also plays major
role in the success of an organisation as it involves understanding and deploying people so that
they can collectively achieve goals. These skills help in making working environment better and
positive for everyone. This report will include about various leadership skills which helps in
identification of strengths.

Leadership skills are very important trait for an organisation because it helps in motivating
employees for the achievement of shared goals. Leaders help in organising various activities and
procedure and maintain a focused track so that all employees can effectively commence
operation. Effective leaders motivate their employees and enhance their interest in performing
effective operations which is a positive factor of leadership. Without leaders organisations
cannot properly achieve their goals because leaders are responsible in maintaining operations in
proper directions which are necessary (Schad and Smith, 2019). Leadership skills are very
important for every organisation which can be discussed as follows with the help of various
leadership models:
Autocratic leadership: Under this leadership styles managers of an organisation do not involve
their employees in planning and decision making processes. They formulate all the actions
which have taken and assign duties to their respective employees which is mandatory to follow
them. This leadership model helps organisation in making effective and fast decision for the
operations without any delay. This model helps me in neglecting various errors and mistakes
from the operations which results in higher profitability. I will effectively delegate
responsibilities to my employees so that it makes operations easier and fast.

employees in involve in decision making process and plannings. This model is also known as
participative leadership which suggest that leaders should collaborate with their respective
employees so that they can encourage them to perform in desired manner (Kairys, 2018). This
model helped me in enhancing decision making capacity and productivity so that I can achieve
my goals and appropriate manner. This will increase my confidence level which results in better
growth and development which is essential for the leading teams. Democratic leadership helps in
contributing innovative ideas which can develop new solutions and ideas for the critical
situations.
Laissez Faire: This model suggest that organisations should provide flexibility to their
employees in participating in each and every operation of an organisation. It maintains positivity
in an organisation because it allows all the employees in making decisions according to their
behaviour and attitude (Bottomley and Willie Burgess, 2018). This model helps me in engaging
customers in effective manner so that they can contribute positive efforts towards the operations.
I will use this model where employees can formulate decisions for their own operations so that
they also feel flexible at work place.
It is evaluated that these models will help me in future so that I can manage my teams
according to the business environment. Different situations required different type of leadership
model so that employees can engage themselves and feel satisfied in an organisation. These
models assist in formulating strategies which can best suitable according to the situations so that
