Introduction
Gallup Strength approach is practiced to examine the personality of a person. This tool is
usually practiced for evaluating the characteristics of an individual. It offers an opportunity to
an individual for improving their professional life. This model is effective for evaluating the
personality as well as the decision in the context of an individual personality. From this
model, I gained my understanding of certain characteristics named as Input, Strategic,
Activator, Relator, and Individualization. In this, a person would be able to understand their
leadership skills as well as effective to get a favourable outcome. This reflective is vital to
discuss Gallup Strengths model result. This report could demonstrate the self-awareness of
leadership strengths as well as personality preference. This report demonstrates many features
which could be imperative for a leader.
Dynamic Leadership
From the evaluation of Gallup model, I comprehended many components which show my
certain features named as Input, Strategic, Activator, Relator, and Individualization. From
this, I enhanced my understanding about my personality that could be imperative for making
career in suitable sector. With respect to the evaluation of each factor of Gallup result, I
founded that I have the ability to handle the people and easily influence others towards their
assigned work. It is evaluated that I believed in open communication that is essential for
making an effective relationship with others (Pranesh, Palanichamy, Saidat, & Peter, 2017).
Open is effective for an individual to make a transparent relationship with others (Drescher,
Korsgaard, Welpe, Picot, & Wigand, 2014). I also give more priority for suitable direction as
well as supports to obtaining a positive result. I observed that my leadership skills facilitate to
me to make a stress free atmosphere in the team and operate the team in one direction
(Allison & Goethals, 2014). From the outcome, it is addressed that I gave equal value to each
individual, which could negatively be affected the employee retention. It is evaluated that I

am capable to make the relationship with others that could be an imperative characteristic of
an individual. From the obtained result, I understood that I believed that I work with
enjoyment that is imperative for the attainment of the organizational task. I gained my
knowledge about how much other views and opinion are imperative for the success of the
business. I comprehended that an individual should concentrate on relationship development
for the attainment of the organizational task (Sotarauta, 2016).
Conclusion
As per the above discussion, it can be concluded that self-awareness, as well as self-
development, is imperative for the team leader. It can be summarized that the team leader can
be responsible for performing appropriate behaviour with others as well as directs each
individual effectively. It can be concluded that the team leader could consider certain features
named as team leading, conflict management, communication skills, and time management
skills. It could be effective for the attainment of the organizational task. A leader should use
the Gallup model for evaluating their personality for working effectively.
