INTRODUCTION
Self- reflection is an ability of evaluate own skill and learning that can be help for assessing
oneself. It is analysis the own thoughts, behaviour and emotion that can be improve by self-
observation, also this enhance the skill of a person so that it improves the productivity at
workplace as well as it is necessary for gaining knowledge about our own life (Tufekcioglu and
Muran, 2019). In this report will discuss about the self-reflection on personal development and
learning with its transferable skills. Moreover, analysis through reflection on approaches for
personal learning and development of a person. Further, Identify the transferable skills that I
already developed by this module. Lastly, I would like to develop my skills during my academic
studies, personal life or workplace by making learning log and action plan.
Self- Reflection on learning, development and transferable skills
With the help of self-reflection, I will aware about my own learning and development
skills. Personal learning and development help to enhance my knowledge and skills, also through
this training I learn about my weakness and strength that help me for learning new skills and
perform on it (Travers, Morisano and Locke, 2018). It is necessary to identify the skills so that it
can help to increase in achieving good grade in qualification. Self- Observation also helps me to
understand the own techniques and strategies of learning. Everyone has their own style of
learning the things by self-reflection it also establishes knowledge about own adaptive capacity,
ability of transfer learning, well-being. Transferable skills are those skills which are necessary
for self attributes to learn about self-control and choose right path for promotional change. Self-
reflection helps me to in which areas I should work on and how to improve these skills by
gaining knowledge.
Through this training I working on my communication skills so that it helps me to
development of other skills. This skill helps me in maintaining good relation with the customers
and my colleagues, this will improve the engagement with person or with other things. For
expanding my knowledge, I research through online material and read new books for making
command on language (Silber‐Varod, Eshet‐Alkalai and Geri, 2019). Further I would like to
conduct SWOT analysis for acknowledge my skills such as professional as well as social.

is used for seeking the principle and organising the approaches.

Team work- I develop my team work skill that enhance my perspective for others and
building good team that can be winning by innovation. Team work help to achieve goal and
objection withing given time. This also divide the work among all of the employees that can
helps to grow skills by facing workload together.
Communication- In any business it is necessary to communicate with all kind of
stakeholders such as employees, HR, subordinates etc, through this module I learn
communication skills effectively and efficiently. Being a manager this skill helpful while
coordination with others in meeting. This is beneficial for communicate with team member
efficiently. Communication also defines the nature of the person how he tolerates things while
workload or critical situation. Being manager is necessary to motivate other employees towards
the goal of the organisation so that they can follow the right direction for completing the goal.
Problem solving skills- For any manager it is essential to learn problem solving skill
because in context to organisation these skills are helps me for avoiding confusion and
misunderstanding between subordinates. Also, it is necessary for workload situation where
employees hesitate to doing the work (Eysenbach, and et.al., 2018). It is also built cooperation
between manager and subordinates so that they feel motivated while working.

builds confidence for doing thing right, it is a perfect tool make better decision in favour of our
