(Roy and Uekusa 2020). As I still thinks that how I achieved or developed this skill which are
leadership and social intelligence. As I very well know that leadership skills always come with
the greater responsibility, it is not like that I am not responsible but I always used to be a
introvert person but in a group project I lead my team from front food, I guide them to do things
in organised manner, then I analyse that I have developed the leadership skills, which I always
used to concern as complex strength to be developed and required a lot of time but by practising
and leading the group project made me realise that I have developed this strengths.
Other is social intelligence, I always surprised to think about this as due to my shy nature
I was not able to develop the relationship with other, I was not self aware but by working on the
project I see that I only talk when its needed and before this I revise my words and seeing the
opportunity as when to talk which helps me in understanding the people’s motive as well as
because of this I am able to manage the social interactions.
3. To utilise the strength
To use my top five strength, I usually set the priority to complete any work, it helps me in
managing the time and to deliver the projects on time.
Kindness: It is the most common strength which mainly developed from the surrounding
environment. I always used to help other without any expectation that they also need to return
the favour. As I help others in my team to solve their problems, they always show their trust in
me to find the solution.
Curiosity: Its my common strength and usually my nature is curious to go deep into the topic or
to explore particular subjects (Kiersch and Gullekson, 2021). As i always asked professor about
the lecture as what will be the next, as it helps me in clearing my doubts.
Social Intelligence: To use this strength I always tries to listen and talk when its needed, as in
group project I always speak when its required not to talk unnecessarily to waste the time of
team members.
Leadership: Currently I am using this skills in my group project, as I am a project leader to
guide all the team members to done the work in a manner.
Team work: Team work is always remain my famous strength, currently I am working with my
team, we all have the assigned work to done separately and also helping each other when we
encountering any problems.

4. To use strength differently and results of overusing it
As for me the different use of leadership strength as to influence or motivates other people,
but overusing it might give consequence as what people contradict my decision and do not
follow what I am instructing them to. As for team work I can take work which I am specialised
in it so I will show my better input but overusing it will affect others as what if they want same
work too. For kindness I used to help others in note making but overusing it will be seen as my
over utilisation which also cause delay in my work (Wei and et.al 2022). For the social
intelligence skills I used to develop network but over utilisation will make other people to
misinterpret me and last curiosity skills to use it for developing other skills but by overusing it
will make me confuse.
5. Greatest challenges to reach personal, academic and career goals
For achieving the goals, I might encounter some challenges due to my introvert nature and
not able to converse with others. Bad communication and time management skills is the main
barrier to reach my personal, academic and career goals (Falon, Kangas and Crane, 2021).
