INTRODUCTION
Self reflection is define as serious thought about one's character and actions. This report has
highlighted self reflection on different aspect of the project that is self evaluation of mine and
also evaluation as working in the team to complete the project.
MAIN BODY
Conducting Project for in the University was the only goal which was possessed by me and my
team member in the recent. Time we have done variety of the project but it was the first time in
the University that we were working in the team to carry out different operation of the proposal
in the university. There were many new learning and challenges which was faced by me in the
process of carrying out proposal in the University. It can be better understand with the help of
Gibbs model.
Description
Project was group presentation in which all the team member were allotted the different roles
and all the team member in the organization has worked together to carry out the same in the
University. I was asked to source the variety of the information from the market, so that on the
basis of the same in the University different project can be carried out very easily in the
University. Generally project was perform in the organization in a synchronize manner at the
first step all the team member were given the different responsibility which has to be carried out
by them in the project. After that all the team member were asked to provide with the activity
which has been carried out by them and in the end the efforts of all the member were collaborate
together to present in the University. There were many different responsibilities which were
carried by different team member in the team and in the process of carrying out same in the
market, there were many different type of the challenges which were also faced by the company
in the long run.
Feeling
There was many different type of the feeling which was possessed by me at the time of carrying
out variety of different type of the activity in the organization. First looking at carrying out
project, I was nervous in the initial stage as this was something which has been not carried out by
me in the past. So I was nervous in the initial stage but after taking help of different tutor and

senior in the organization I used to feel more comfortable in carrying out different operation in
University. Looking at the self evaluation I was very excited from the day one itself as I was
having good sort of the knowledge that carrying out this project for the team will eventually help
me in building good sort of skill set and knowledge, which will help me in the future. There were
many challenges which were faced by me, as I was getting it difficult to understand the different
source through which I can gather different information in the project. As there were many
different sources which was in front of me through which I can collect the information. At the
same time looking at the thing which went well. It can be said that data analysis is the thing
which went well. As I was finding it to easy to understand and present the data very well, so that
different team member can use the same in the project. Looking at the overall team it can be said
that all the team member were nervous as it was the first time that all the team member were
carrying out any project in the team. At the same time it has been also identified that all the team
member were excited also as they all were very keen to face the different challenges which will
be offer to them in the project. As a result all the team member were very happy to carry out the
project.
Evaluation
There were many things which went well and many thing which do not that well as expected.
Looking at different aspect starting from overall project, it can be said that taking approval from
the senior in the project was one of the issue which was faced by the team. Other them that
different thing in the project were as per the plan in the organization. Looking at self evaluation
it can said that biggest advantage of this project for me was that I was able to understand the
different aspect behind selecting the best source to collect the different information in the
market. At the same time looking at the weakness it has been find out that I am not having that
good temperament to carry out any activity. As in the initial stage I used to get angry or fed up
with the task if I was finding it difficult to complete the same in the organization. So it is thing
which has to be consider by me as one of the biggest improvement goal in the future. Now
looking at working in the tam, it has been find out that communication was one of the issue
which was faced by us as all the team member were using different tool to communicate this
were creating variety of the issue for us in the market. At the same time thing which went well in
the project was collaboration of different task which has been carried out by different team
member in the project.

Analysis
Analysing different activity in the project, it can be said that there were many decision
which was taken by me to self evolution and also for the purpose of carrying out different
activity in the organization. Looking at the self evaluation the first decision which was taken by
me was is I will be able to improve my sourcing skill or not in the project. As I was not having
that good sourcing skill in the past, opting to go with the same has helped me in building good
self confidence of mine in the long run. Another thing which was developed by me was the
communication skill of mine in the market. As it was identified by me that working in the team
presentation has forced me to build good sort of communication skill, as it has drive me to
communicate with other in the market on a frequent basis, this has eventually developed good
sort of the communication skill of mine and also has helped me in giving good sort of the support
in regards of explaining my point of view in better way in front of the other. Looking at the
aspect of working in the team, it has been identified that working in the team has asked all the
team member in making variety of the different decision in the project when any tam member
used to face any issue in the project. One of such decision which was taken in the organization
was regarding making different goal of the project as some was against the same and some was
in favour of it in the organization but in the end decided to goal of the same and it has brought
positive impact on the project as all the team member were clear about the different task which
has to be performed by them in the market.
Conclusion
After completing the project and looking back at the same in the organization it has been
analysed that project team in the University was able to carry out the project very efficiently, as
end goal of the project was achieved very efficiently. One of the biggest reason behind this
which was identified by me in the project was the amount of the trust which was shared among
the different team member in the project. Looking at the self evaluation aspect it has been find
out that I was able to adopt a good bit of sourcing skill and also good bit of communication skill
of mine in the market but weakness of mine which is identified in the market was that I was
having very bad temperament, as I used to fed up with the thing very easily. This used to impact
the efficiency of the different task which was carried out buy me in the project.
Action Plan

To improve my temperament I will be taking help of the tutor and will also take part in
different conference in the market, this will eventually help me in understanding the different
aspect of temperament building more easily. As conference will help me in understating the
different aspect more easily and will also help me in giving good sort of the practical practices
also to improve the good sort of the temperament of mine in the market. I will also take help of
the tutor and different student in the University to understand my progress toward achieving the
self evaluation growth of mine in the market.
