INTRODUCTION
Self-reflection is considered to be potentiality of human individual in order to exercise their
introspection as well as willingness to learn more about their features as well as motives. Hence

philosophy of mind. Whereas career action plan is considered to be a more detailed process
which outlines action plans which are required by individual in order to achieve their desired
objective. It is also defined to be a sequence of steps that could be taken for carrying out
operations effectively. This report is based on requirement of career in system administrator of
an individual of job career. This report explains about career action plan as well as self-reflection

LinkedIn. As individual has visited its job application on online base as well as shows a better
job opportunity in different companies having in Britain in relation to ethics norms that is
considered to be a well-known concept of working. As because of globalisation is present in
market as a result market has a very intense competition level which is rising on a regular basis
so it is necessary for individual to deal with them with their effective skills forgetting their
employability for a particular job For getting and increasing profit advantages it is necessary for
individual to focus on building their revenues for having qualified experience in different fields
of ethics to be aware about market requirement for sustaining their position in marketplace.
