INTRODUCTION
In order to develop skills and efficiency, progress considered important aspect in every
business. In this regard, different activities also promoted that make success which needed to
take many things (Weißenrieder, Roesken-Winter and Blömeke, 2015). Clear objectives,
motivation, planning, etc. consisting which make relevancy to create positive attitude towards
the aims and objectives. In this regard, present study focuses on the reflection of individual
person in different aspects. Furthermore, it consists self-reflection which helps to improve
performance that is good for the performances.

Self-reflection and what need to be improved and which is good
In respect to improves own performances, self reflection is defines as the mirror that
helps to describe about the things. In simple term, it means composing piece of the self reflective
that is increasing as the important aspect for the study of learning (Bonrath, Dedy and
Grantcharov, 2015). Self reflection is the important aspect because it assists to enhance skills and
review of the effectiveness for a particular person. It develops positive way that create better and
more effective functioning to do the work. In my view, it determines role which is important part
of the learning. In order to identify the reflection, there are certain elements exists that increasing
towards a particular person. In this context, my main strengths are that I am good learner and
strong memory. Therefore, it helps me to identify relevant results at workplace (Park, Ayduk and
Kross, 2016).
On the other hand, weaknesses are also exists that distracted to me to do particular work.
In this aspect, it is essential for me to overcome this so that I can demonstrate effective
functioning at workplace. I feel laziness to do practice. Therefore, it impacts on my work to
accomplish desired results (Falk, Heine and Hsu, 2015). In addition to this, I require more
practices in respect to learn new things. Therefore, it is also useful strategy that assists to make
effective functioning at workplace. I have many skills through I can develop my understanding
and efficiency to accomplish aims and objectives. With the help of the more practices, I had
learned that effectiveness will be develops easily. Furthermore, I pursue multitasking skills
through I am able to manage several things in systematic manner. Therefore, study and work will
be completed that can be affect to the performances (Wäschle, Allgaier and Nückles, 2014).

be develop in systematic manner. For example, in respect to working in Tesco as HR manager I
got position of first as the best HR of the company from 15 years. Although, self-reflection also
seems with difficulty which assists to find useful information that make happier and more
efficient as well (Hauser, Dong and Ding, 2014). In individual, self-reflection also determines as
the capacity of human that helps to more learn about the fundamental nature, purposes and other
elements. The Earliest historical records also demonstrate that it is great consistency which is
related with the awareness, conciousness. Power of self-reflection also consist with ambitious of
the people. In the every week and month, I love to accomplish the targets through engage
different people in it. I also make sure that connection established through set aside time for the
self-reflection. On this time, specifically focuses needed to create questions on my aims and
goals (Di Stefano, Gino and Di-Stefano, 2014). Hereafter, I set time frame to make sure that I am
in contact with all people to take care. Core values and personal mission also includes set of the
rules and guidelines that helps to guide me. Hence, I will evaluate deviation that led as the astray.
Further, my personal information and core values develop with the structure which is
essentially followed anywhere with rules and regulations. It could be assess through deviation
which assists to me and create guidelines for improvement (Verkooijen, Abbott and Super,
2017). I also respect to all persons who implement actions and other useful elements to do work
in systematic manner. Further, I review the behaviours and ponder to improve regular
fundamental activities. It shows that there are more gratitude and appreciation which is possible.
Schedule and priorities also needed to perform my job in systematic manner that make happy me
all the time. I also prefer that highest and best use of talent also helps to expanded activity which
need to be performed by me. Peak capacity also included to getting the ample amount to deliver
the quantity and quality (Travers, Morisano and Locke, 2015).
