INTRODUCTION
SWOT analysis refers to the internal analysis that is required to be formulated in such a way in
order to identify the strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats that are in regard to a
systematic method of exploration (Leiber and et.al, 2018). SWOT analysis will bring for the
potential in order to identify the choices that can be made to analyse the strengths and
weaknesses along with the opportunities and threats such that or upon analysing this particular
basis one can easily move ahead with the kind of actions are the strategies that can be
incorporated to develop personally and as well as individually. SWOT analysis is also one of the
best framework in every organisation in order to move ahead with the implementation policies
such that on a time to time basis the organisational amendments can therefore be made. When a
business or an organisation is amended by the policies of leadership as well as a definite set of
theories then it is important to go with the frameworks of SWOT analysis which is internal
analysis as well as the PESTEL analysis which will portray the external factors. These factors are

factors are the ones that will determine the standards of an individual or an organisation. The
term SWOT analysis was first brought about by Albert Humphrey in 1960. The SWOT analysis
is important in all the aspects because the knowledge regarding certain circumstances that are
prevailing around an individual or an organisation will determine the amount of participation of
the encouragement that is to be gained for an individual or the organisation in terms of
competition. An assessment is required in order to win over the choices that are to be made with
regard to the competitor. When it comes to an individual assessment every individual will

process certain strengths and weaknesses and they are to be identified and will have to be worked
upon to achieve success. In the same manner when this is applied to companies on the
organisations it is also one of the probable factor that will have to be taken care about.
Businesses are a set of policies and the overtake of different organisations one upon the other
will entirely rely upon the factors and the weaknesses of the other business. Decision making is
one of the key criteria that will have to be valued in terms of clearly differentiating the reasons of

SELF REFLECTION
There is a perception that SWOT analysis will only apply to businesses or the industry that are
working for different kinds of processes that are to be implemented in the marketing world

wrong where as the analytical situation or the framework that will portray in regard to SWOT
analysis can also be applied to personal development or individual analysis. There are definite
set of challenges that will fall in regard to companies as well as personal development. In the
new emerging markets this is said to be one of the great aspects which is usually analysed by
people all over. Analysing individually is also important for each and every individual because it
is not until when all the factors that are highlighted by an individual according to personal
development that are to be known and this will also contribute for their achievements (Dutta,
2018). It is not so easy in order to move ahead with the choices that are to be implemented by an
individual because it is not until when one person analyses over the different set of activities that

The major weakness that I have encountered in
my individual development is that lack of
interaction. Lack of interaction will bring the

much interaction one cannot easily and gross

research side and communication skills are the
biggest asset of mine therefore the
opportunities that are in regard to research and
development will therefore be properly
initiated from my side. In this present world
where research is one of the most favourable
aspect and people will have to find the most
favourable means to incorporate such policies
and will have to recruit people of that ideology.
Since every strength that is possessed by me is
useful and identifying this particular strategies
in an organisation oriented therefore I can save
myself into definite opportunities of getting
recruited into MNC. I can clearly understand
and communicate my ideologies and therefore
interaction will have to be corrected and will
have to be practiced from my side in order to
win our more opportunities. Opportunities are
the root cause of development and therefore I
will have to improve upon my weakness as to
derive the policies of organisations.
If we keep counting threats it is one of the
major criteria that will have to be ensured
because that is one of the similar format of
weakness but in a more worst manner. The
weaknesses that are identified in my regard is
lack of interaction and that might also result in
being one of the threat of not getting recruited
into companies that are performing in
developed manner. The threats that are
oriented with the businesses or organisations
will therefore be the competition mostly
because the rising industries and different
small businesses are giving a good scope for
competition (Puyt and et.al, 2020). This
competitive atmosphere is also seen in
individual development where people with
same ideologies are striving a little harder in
order to secure a place that is well oriented. It
is also required to develop strategies that are
essential to pursue various formulations to
credit towards individual development.
Identifying threats at an initial stage is helpful
in order to move ahead with the predominant
factors that will help in fetching results and
also be added as one of the strength.
CONCLUSION
