community is vital to protect their emotional capabilities. As a leader, I consider this result to be
effective for human emotional development because it holds a big impact on my personal life
experiences and these theories of emotional intelligence such as self-awareness, self-control on
certain emotions, other adaptabilities. It also enhanced my achievement orientation, positive
outlook towards life certainty and empathy towards others helped me better interpret the
emotional intelligence in every circumstance (Kotsou and et. al., 2019). For effective leadership
and spreading awareness in people, other theories such as coaching and mentoring others also
helped me to render society to better understand the significances of life associated self-
awareness. Theories for instance conflict management abilities rendered my leadership abilities
to provide a healthy lifestyle living and empathy towards other people as we never know what
