This report includes a self-reflection analyse of the top five strengths found in Gallup Clifton
strengths, according to a leader in future. Communication, positivity, activator, harmony and
consistency are the five strengths which will be helpful to develop some essential qualities of a
successful leader in future.

Part A: a Self-reflective analysis
Gallup organisation developed 34 themes which indicate total 34 strengths of an individual, and
among all those 34 measured themes, the following are the top five themes of me which are
considered to be my strengths as well.
Harmony is one of my strengths, which will be helpful to me when it comes to settling down the
conflicts among my family or friends. I believe in a peaceful environment, and many of my
friends, family praised my quality earlier, so I was pretty aware of this strength of mine. In my
professional life, as a leader, it would be beneficial for me because resolving conflicts among
team members will be my prime job accordingly (Valiga, 2019).
Communications should be useful because if a person is not able to communicate with others of
team members in future, it would be difficult to increase the teamwork attitude as well. As a
leader, my prime duty will be to encourage my fellow people for innovative thinking and bring
new ideas as well. It is considered to be one of the essential requirements of the team leader that
he can bring innovative approaches to work and improve teamwork (Ashbrook, 2013).
Positivity is one of the most required necessary strength when it comes to managing teams as the
team leader. I feel pleased about the things when I came to know that people around me would
like to spend time with me because of my positive attitude. It will be one of the vital strength
because as a leader if I would bring positivity at work, it will increase the level of motivation of
the team members. It will be helpful to increase the not only mine but also my fellow people’s
productivity as well.
Being an Activator is one of the strengths of mine, according to the Gallup Clifton Strengths. I
would not say that I was surprised when I first came to know about it because according to my
parents, I don't have much patience. I take a decision, then take action, face result and learned
from it, that’s how I do work. I never thought being an activator could be my possible strength as
well. Being a leader, it is vital that I initiate new strategies, things and let my fellow people

helps people to create good relations around. It will increase teamwork, productivity and
motivation level of fellow people (Levy, et. al., 2015).
