Self development is one of the essential factors that is very helpful in increasing person
capability as well as effectiveness in order to conduct task in better and effective manner. There
are different ways through which a person is able improve their performance along with this
achieve set goals (Lyu and et.al., 2019). Self development will assist in improving all those skills
which are weak in order to gain maximum opportunity. This report will includes different
documents that needs to be included with individual portfolio in order to increase their skills and

1. Research skill – This can be describe as the capability of a person to identify and analyse
most appropriate data. Research skill help a person to identify other need and requirement

person to find answer correctly with the motive of solving problem. Research skill refer
to the ability of a person who is able to gather all information regarding the topic, analyse

attachments, images, videos, presentation, documents, assessments, CV and various other paper
which is recording in any electronic media. This is very useful method for recording as well as

documents when they wants and used is for enhancing their learning practices. I have determined
that there are number of important documents that is crucial for improving learning activities and
performance of a person. Self development is one of the crucial process that will be beneficial
for a person to increase their capability and potential to attain set goals. From all of the above
mention documents team work and reflective learning content is very useful and important in
order to increase my capability and potential. I have determined that team work skill are need in
order to successfully perform academic activities along with this it support in improving
potential for working as professional. Team work skill are helpful in conducting task and
activities in more effective manner as well as accomplishing common goal of a team (Hegde,
2017). In team work I have learned new and different skills such a leadership and time
management. I have analysed that a team is considered to be effective team when each and every
member in contributing there full potential in for accomplishments of set targets. In a team
member support each other in order to overcome weakness as well as improve capability of a
team . Reflective learning can be describe as the learning activity that is will support in
increasing knowledge and understanding of a person. I have determined that reflective learning
in one of the crucial process that is very supportive in enhancing potential and ability of a person
to learn fast and increase their performance. Through reflective learning activity I able to gain
better understanding about certain topic and increase my knowledge about particular situation.
There are several models that is associated with learning of reflective learning and this will assist
in enhancing my learning experience.
