Reflective summary
From the reflective analysis of the specific academic experience it has been analysed that
development of the academic skills is the continuous learning and development process which
should be effectively manage by the students through the process of reflective analysis and skills
development plan. Such as with the help of my academic assessment task I learn various skills
and developed academic knowledge such as, research and writing skills along with the
knowledge of recruitment and selection process which can further help in my future. I analysed
that in order to become effective student of the university that is important to keep learning and
performing along with the development and applicants of SMART skills development goal. By
the help of reflective learning approach we can evaluate our academic skills strength such as I
had evaluated that I am very good in research due to my analytical and critical thinking skills.
The learning skills is important in the academics along with the writing skills which can be
effectively develop with the assessment and academic project such as I gain improvement in my
learning , writing and research skills. In order to become university best student that is important
to analyse the weakness and work on that with smart goal as I did with proper planing of specific
skills development goal and its measurable criteria by involving the relevant learning process
and timing strategy for goal achievement. My specific goal is development of the presentation
skills with the help of presentation classes, relevant research practices and academic performance
measurement which have to complete chive within 4 months.
