From the reflective analysis of the specific academic experience it has been analysed that
development of the academic skills is the continuous learning and development process which
should be effectively manage by the students through the process of reflective analysis and skills
development plan. Such as with the help of my academic assessment task I learn various skills

knowledge of recruitment and selection process which can further help in my future. I analysed
