challenges
Objective:
 Identification of problems faces by personal after they cross age limit of 60.
 Identification of causes of problems and issues.
 Determination of way to solve problems.
 Formulation of various plans for senior citizen to enhance their life style.
LITERATURE REVIEW
Theme 1: Problems faces by personal after they cross age limit of 60
In the published article Cheung (2016), highlights that there are variant kinds of health
issue which is commonly seen by all the elderly in the nation. Author highlights that lack of
energy is one of the common issue which is being seen by all the elderly, reason behind the
same is identified poor diet, lack of exercise pattern and sleep apnea. Mulcahy, Leahy-Warren and
Day (2017) highlights that another common issue which is being seen by all the elderly are
Asthma and Blood pressure and sugar, reason behind the same is identified by the scholar is that
it get it very difficult to cope up the variant requirement of consuming something in the market.
Also, author has highlighted that the elderly individual generally suffer with the health issue as
well as mental issue in the organization as well. As it has been identified by the author that
elderly individual in the organization also suffer with the issue of mental depression or
sometime memory loss issue also in the organization. …Conroy and Turpin (2016) in the article

highlights that there are also many major health issue which are being also faced by the elderly,
such as cancer and Heart diseases.
Theme 2: uses of problems and issues
As per the opinion of Coll‐Planas and et.al., (2017), there are many variant causes which
generally contribute very significantly in increasing this sort of health issue for the elderly
individual in real. Lack of energy is generally due to lack of nutrition in the body, lack of
nutrition generally occur when individual is not able to cope up with the diet requirement or able
to maintain good exercise pattern. At the same time Conroy and Turpin (2016) explain Reason
behind Asthma, Blood Pressure and sugar is identified by the author is that as individual grow
in the age they find it difficult to breath, this eventually give rise to the health issue like asthma.
At the same time individual find it very tough to digest the combination of the food which is
generally consumed by them in the market, this generally give rise to variety of the issue related
to the internal health issue. At the same time author also highlights that the major health issue
which generally occur to the elderly individual in the market are some time due to ignorance of
variety of the small health issue. Author highlights the example by highlighting that ignoring
higher blood pressure certainly result in occurrence of paralysed issue for the elderly. So it has
been identified that ignorance of small health issue can result in big health issue for the
individual.
Theme 3: Way to solve and formulate various plan to enhance life style
There are many variant author who has highlighted variant ways through which impact
of variety of the variant kinds of health issue can be reduced easily in the market. In the
published paper Mishra and Chalise (2019). explain that proper diet schedule is one of the way
through which impact of variant health issue can be reduced in the elderly people. As proper diet
schedule in the individual will only help the individual in maintaining the amount of the nutrition
which is require by the body to carry out variant activity. Mulcahy, Leahy-Warren and Day (2017) At
the same time highlights that a good walk in morning and evening is one of the best way through
which elderly can keep themselves safe from the variety of variant issue which is being faced by
them in the long run. As it has been identified that walk in morning or evening help the

individual in digesting amount of the food which is being consumed by them. This help them in
retaining the nutrition for longer period of time in the body of elderly.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research kinds: Research generally refer to a process in which variant tool are generally
suggest the best way through which company can overcome issue in the nation (Hindley and et.al.,
2020). There are 2 variant kinds of research type i.e. Quantitative and Qualitative research kinds.
Quantitative research kinds present the data in the numeric form and qualitative research kinds
find the solution of the research in non numeric form. For this research scholar has used
Qualitative research type.
Research Approach: Research approach means as number of the broad assumption
made generally in regards of gathering of data and understanding the same. Inductive research
approach and deductive research approach are 2 common kinds of research approach which is
used in the study market to find out variant outcome of research. Deductive approach is generally
aimed to test the theory, at the same time inductive research approach is aimed to construct
theory in the study. For above study scholar has chosen inductive research approach as it
support the kinds of the research chosen by scholar.
Research Philosophy: Research Philosophy at the same time is a believe in which
variant data can be gather in the study. Interpretivism and positivism are 2 kinds of research
philosophy which may be consider in the study. Interpretivism research philosophy is the
philosophy which consider human interest involve in the study. At the same time positivism
research philosophy looks to study factual understanding of the study. For this study scholar has
used interpretivism research philosophy (Kumar, 2019).
Data collection: Data collection is the activity in which research used to invest the
variety of the different efforts to gather different information on the basis of same study can be
formed. Primary and secondary data collection tool are 2 sources from where variant data can be
collected. Primary data collection tool is the tool which collects variety of the data for very first
time in the organization. Whereas secondary data collection tool is the tool in which data is
collected from any other source who has collected the data in the past for their usage. For this
research, scholar has used both kinds of the source in the organization. secondary data was

collected in the study with the help of going through variety of the variant articles, books and
journal related to the topic of the research.
Data Analysis: Data Analysis is the process of analysing the variety of the data in the
mode that it provide support to company in showcasing the information in better way (Cuervo‐
Cazurra and et.al., 2017). For this scholar has used thematic data analysis tool. In which the variant
data which has been collected will be presented to the reader in effective and presentable way.
This has helped the scholar and reader in understanding the variant outcome of the research in
better way.
Ethical Consideration: In the process of disposing the research, scholar has consider
variety of variant ethical consideration. scholar has taken the consent of variety of the
respondent before collecting the data. Also, high level of confidentiality has been maintain in
context of carrying out the research.
Limitation: There were many different type of limitation which was also seen by the
scholar, the first of them was time allotted for completing the project is very limited but with the
help of the team work Scholar was able to complete the project on time and find out the
appropriate outcome as well of the research.
CONCLUSION
Above research it has helped in identifying that there are many variant kinds of the health
issue which are seen by the individual who are old in the age. Not only that they also see the
variety of the variant kinds of mental health issue also. For the same reason it has been
recommended to the elderly individual that they manage their diet and physical exercise in a
great way in the organization. As this is the best way through which they can manage and
procure themselves from variety of the variant kinds of the health issue which can be seen by
them in the long run.
These report has concluded that there are many issue which are ignored by the individual
in the initial stage and it generally turn up as one of the most prominent health issue in the later
stages, so it is very much important for all the individual to have the remedies of all the health
issue which is being faced by them in the market on time.

REFLECTION
Conducting research report for the client has worked good to me in gaining variety of the
variant kinds of the understanding and developing variety of the skill set as well but at the same
time, there were many variant kinds of limitation which was also seen by me.
Starting from the start, it can be said that I am very nervous in the starting stage in the
context of carrying out the research by my own, reason behind the same is identified that it was
the first time I am disposing any of the research by my own. At the same time I am also very
much excited to do the same as well. Reason behind the same is identified by them is that this
research will provided support to me in gaining variety of the understanding in the market.
Looking at the understanding which was gather by me, the biggest understanding which
was gather by me was in regards of topic of the research as in the past I am not having that sort
of understanding about the topic of the project, this will provided support to me at point of
disposaling any other research on the same topic. At the same time another important
understanding which was gained by me was in regards of procedure to conduct the research in
the market. This understanding will eventually provided support to me at point of disposing any
other research in the past. Looking at the variant skill which has been developed by me in the
study it has been identified by me was that I am able to incorporate a good set of the sourcing
skill of mine. Biggest reason behind the same is identified that these research has asked me to
source the variety of variant information from variety of the sources. At the same time this report
has also asked me to communicate with good number of interested parties of the research to
clarify the variety of the variant kinds of the issue which is being faced by me in the long run.
This has eventually worked good to me in building good communication skill of mine in the
market.
At the same time there were many variant kinds of limitation which was also seen by me
at point ofcarrying out the variety of the activity of the research, the biggest limitation which was
seen by me was the time, as it was identified by me that the time which was allotted to carry out
the research was very limited but with the help of the team member efforts I am able to complete
the task on time for the client. Another big limitation which was seen by me in the study was to
select the source through which variant data can be collected. For the same reason I have taken
help of variant tutor to evaluate viability of variant sources which are chosen to understand
variant operation of study for client.
