This report will include the various reports which will be forwarded to the higher management so as
to make the effective use of recruitment and selection process. The term recruitment refers to the
active seeking out for the customers and advertising so as to invite the best potential candidates in
the organisation. Selection is related wit the process of determining the best candidate for the job
role among the groups of individual that has been recruited.
