INTRODUCTION
There is need to develop appropriate lessons for children which can allow teacher to take
care through increasing the level of learning and enable children to participate in the learning
process themselves. This may include different learning plan that can allow teachers to
implement this for better numeracy learning to children. This may incudes through deliver
understanding about the pattern of number system through counting balls and other objects, it
also includes the sorting which are associated with separating similar object in a group (Ndijuye
et. al., (2019)). So, this includes pattern and strategies to clear the concept at the foundational
stage.

Brief information about the interest, abilities and prior knowledge of the group of children:
They don’t have much knowledge but through providing learning about pre-number skills which
allow to provide better foundation to understand the numbers and number system. This can help
to provide an ability to learn further and using this prior knowledge they may able to learn more
about the numeracy learning. This can help them improve their numeracy learning and sorting
similar object in a group.

LEARNING PLAN DAY 1
Learning Objective(s): Children will be able to get understanding about the introduction of
numbers which includes digit and learn to sort similar things.
Children will also be able to learn about the number system which can allow to start their
learning practically.
Environment Set-up and Materials: There is need to use the concreate material which may
include different numbers where it should be includes sequences and get enable to find similar

object to put in specific group.
Procedures: In this, there is need to show number to children which can allow them to learn
about number existence. This can allow them to take interest about numbers along with number
system. Through sharing information about numbers can help them in matching number with
concreate materials (Islam et. al., (2021)).
Introduction
Here, concreates material should be used to show child about the presence of numbers and allow
them to improve their learning about numbers and related fundamental concept and skills.
Activities:
There is need to ask children to put a number and to identify it. This should be made in
interesting way that can enable children to participate in this activity. Through this, child may
learn about numbers and number system (Beatty et. al., (2021)).
Closure and Clean up:
Through delivering fundamental knowledge to children about number can allow to make them
learn about numeracy learning.

Learning Objective(s): Children will be able to count balls and buttons through using number
system.
Children will be able to use the number system that can allow to improve their numeracy
learning.
Environment Set-up and Materials: In this, there is need to deliver the pattern and concept
which can allow children to related with their previous learning and easily get the concept for
applying number system learning (Barham et. al., (2019)).
Procedures: In this, there is need to provide better learning to children through clearing concept.
For example- Using the number system can help children to count balls or any substance that can
help to improve learning about number and applying in practical life.
Introduction
There is need to clear the concept of using number system which can be helpful to understand
the counting more easily. This can be helpful for children to learn digit and numbers more easily.
Activities
There is need to create an impact which can help in getting better care that allow to improve the

number system learning that are effective and can help to learn about numbers. This may allow
to introduce the number system in practical life that allow student to take interest in learning (Lih
et. al., (2019)).

Through using the concept for learning can allow to improve the understanding about the
delivery of number system through counting ball and other objects.
Why do you consider the two learning plans to be “sequential”?
There is need to consider two learning plans which can be effectively sequential that
allow teacher to take care about the teachers needs which should be taken care about the children
needs to anticipate needs of student through using teacher ability which can be effectively help in
meeting with grade level standards. This can also help teacher to add to the previous learning
which allow students to connect with the previous lesion for getting better learning. This can also
help in determining curriculum, materials and activities. Sequential learning also helps to
understand content taught. Sequential teaching also provides mode of teaching which allow
teachers to share the information in truncated within different modules strung in a sequence. This
also help student to adopt to the teaching strategy which allow to use their previous learning to
learn new things (Cohrssen et. al., (2019)). This also help to maintaining students access to
experts.
What authentic experience or experience that involves concrete materials do you consider
important to introduce to the children after implementing the two learning plans in order to
reinforce/ deepen their numeracy learning?
There are many experience which may include the authentic experience or experience which can
lead to create better deal with learning of children regarding reinforce their numeracy learning.
In this one of the experience may include physical or real life experience which is one of the best
way that allow to understand the need of the numeracy and allow children to influence and
motivate to learn about the numeracy which can enable them in order to learn something new.
There is also need to use the concreate material which can attract children to learn for better and
effective learning (Visser et. al., (2019)). This enable them to use two senses which include eye,
ear whereas, when there is no any use of concreate material them children use their only one
senses. So, it is important to use the concreate material which can allow them to involve

concreate materials which can allow children to implement in their learning plans that can
reinforce/deepen their number system learning.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it can have concluded that there is need to provide better
fundamental aspect which can allow children to learn about numbers and number system.
Through sharing about the concept and pattern can allow to improve the number system learning
more effectively.
