The below assessment is all about the importance of leadership for an organization. In the below
assignment the individual presentation and individual reflection would be explained. The
different kind of leadership qualities and skills will be recognized in the below report. The
assessment would analyze the different leadership qualities which are needed to be included in
the leadership process of a leader. The below assignment would reflect on the activities covered
in the presentation. The above report would become helpful in understanding the different factors

Part A
There is an individual presentation which was presented in part 1 of this assessment. The overall
report is about the leadership abilities that are required in a leader. In presentation n, the
importance of leadership and management were explained. In the presentation, the importance of
servant leadership was explained. The assessment covered important skills that are needed in a
leader of the organization. In the individual presentation, the leadership process of servant
leadership was explained. The presentation also explained the differences between the leadership
and management process of an organization. The leadership and management are two different
abstracts of an organization both play a different role for the organization. There are the different
role of a leader and manager for an organization and the presentation explained it very well. The
presentation explained that a leader can guide the team of the organization while the managers
make their control of the entire employees. It also explained that the leadership qualities can be
different between the various leaders while the managers use to copy the management skills
(Diamond and Spillane, 2016).
In the presentation, the different kind of leadership requirements was illustrated. The
presentation also explained the different characteristics of servant leaders for the organization.

According to Storey, (2016), as per the presentation activity, it can say that there were lots of
activities which were done in preparing the presentation. During the presentation, numerous
researches were made for understanding the importance of servant leadership for an
organization. Leadership is an essential part of an organization and the first slide of the
presentation explained the importance of servant leadership for an organization. In the group
presentation, the speaker notes for each slide were provided which can clarify the role and
importance of leading towards their teams. In the speaker notes, the slide topics were explained
clearly. While making the presentation that was lots of challenges that were faced. The
researches were not easy to do and it included lots of efforts to understanding the major points
that should be included in the presentation slides. In this group activity different of servant
leadership qualities were understated. These qualities were added in the presentation slides as
well. The major challenge which was faced is the topics which can attract the employees about
understanding the role of a leader towards the team. The important topics were selected for
understanding it properly. There were some prepared topics which were introduced in the
assignment presentation (Tabassi, et. al., 2016).
As per Johnson, et. al., (2016). In the assignment, the target of presentation tried to maintain
clear for the audience. The several important points only included in assignment presentation.
The center attraction was the leadership qualities of servant leadership and process which need to
include by a leader in their servant leadership skills. The challenge which also included while
making a presentation is the engagement of presentation with the presentation so, the topic which
was selected can make people curious about understanding the leadership qualities. The
powerpoint slide also maintained light-colored so the audience can see the important topics
easily. All the useful data and information's tried to involve in the assignment presentation.
There are different lessons which were learned while preparing the presentation. While doing the
assignment presentation the important lesson which is related to the different servant leadership
skills was understood. The importance of servant leadership also recognized. There are various
that can be understood by the audience as per the slide notes and PPT slides. While doing the
assignment presentation an important lesson of servant leadership and management also realized.

presentation. There are lots of knowledge about the servant leadership activities which were used
in the assignment presentation. The important requirement of leadership activities was
recognized by the presentation. In the presentation, the different ways of increasing the
leadership qualities also explained. The servant leadership skills which are required for a leader
also explained in the assignment presentation. There is a different kind of factors like servant
leadership qualities, skills, and knowledge that were explained and recognize in the assignment
presentation. The presentation made its focus on understanding a different kind of abstracts that
can be used by servant leaders in their different organizations. There are some factors which
explained the future requirements of servant leadership qualities. The future requirements like
communication, strategies also explained in the assignment presentation. These abstracts were
made by huge researches and factors that can make the audience engaged with the presentation
added in the assignment presentation. The assignment presentation also explained different
abstracts of cross cultural leadership and its important for the new leaders who are coming in the
path of leadership. The importance of servant leadership could be recognized by the assignment
presentation (Lee, et. al., 2012).
Conclusion
There was two part of this assignment which explained the subject of the assignment very well.
In the first part of the assignment, an individual presentation was made. In the individual
presentation, the different abstracts of servant leadership were explained. The presentation also
explained different servant leadership qualities that need to include in a leader. In the second part
of this assignment, the individual reflection was created in which the different activities of
presentation were analyzed. In the reflection, the different kind of knowledge and skills,
