have faced some problems during research process of the presentation in relation with the topic
of servant leadership characteristics in management process of business organization as while
business organization. Further in the presentation other important qualities of servant leader are
stated which includes the ability to encourage and motivate employees in organization to

leadership which further effectively reflects the significance of servant leadership characteristics
in both business operation and management. While developing the presentation I altogether with
my group members were able to learn different characteristics and qualities of servant leadership
which helps business organization to efficiently motivate and lead employees, accomplish certain
goals, developing new objectives and efficiently carrying out decision making process in
business organization.
Moreover during the preparation of the presentation I came to know the effectiveness of servant
leadership in dealing challenges of business organization in relation with developing effective
communication in organization, encouraging team members towards achieving a certain goal,
enhancing the potential of organization employees, seeking employee’s opinion and enhancing
organization production. Thus during the preparation of the presentation I have seek the
knowledge of leadership and management framework along with the significance of servant
leadership in developing goals, generating new ideas, motivating employees innovation and
improving communication in business organization. As during analyzing the framework of
leadership and management in the presentation I came to know about leadership process,
purpose, capacity and potential that comes along with leadership in business organization and the
framework of management reflects management responsibility and authority to lead and direct

came to know about the advantages and disadvantages of servant leadership in business
organization along with the description of servant leader role in business organization. And when
I altogether with my team was able to complete the presentation I also came across that I lack
some skills which I am required to improve for enhancing my abilities and to further enhancing
my future team work to effectively carry out communication among team members and
efficiently understand the capabilities of team members. Moreover I also came to know that I
