In the present case scenario, leaders and manager of Hazev, Haz and Tas interacts with Academy
Representative and concluded that at present they are not using any technology. They were using fax system
in order to interact with their employees and now they use drop box for communicating. There are many
options available for them but they are not implementing them in their organisation. In addition to this for
maintaining their financial records they are still using excel sheet. There are various up gradation in the
technologies but they are using such technologies which is easily used by everyone. Competitor restaurant
managers use various methods in order to communicate with their employees.

From the above report it has been analysed that with the passing time there are various changes takes place in the
technology which affects the working culture. By adopting latest technology company can increase their
