INTRODUCTION
Leadership and management, both are essentially required for the understanding of
leadership and management practices (Chen and Yang, 2012). It includes the various
components which helps in improving individual performance as well as organizational. Wa-Pila
Hotel selected for the better understanding of this concept. This report include the various topics
such as current and future management as well as leadership skills required by the service
