that include quality of products and its services. The business experts have to deliver the
products within stipulated time. Otherwise, customers tend to show their reluctance in
using the services again. Therefore, delay in delivering products has become one of the
most effective issues that every business organization has to face which ultimately
reflects negative impact on the overall image and reputation of organization. In addition,
organization sometimes does not focus on quality of products. If the quality of product
fails to satisfy the needs and demands of target customers organization can never gain

challenges in supplying the product to proper destination as well. Shipping executives

section you must coordinate this drill, half of your day is occupied with this task. You
have a monthly report due by 4pm this afternoon, on top of your daily routine tasks. Your
immediate manager is expecting this report as he/she is presenting results to an
important client.
