There are some reasons which are important for making modifications in delivering the
programs and services:-
It leads in increasing the number of clients because of providing quality and varieties of
services and programs to the client (Evans, Grudniewicz, Ross Baker, & Wodchis, 2016).
Therefore, the estimation describes that in Australia about 80% of the organization
increase their profitability because of changing the procedure of service delivery to the
clients and raising the number of client’s.
This also helps the organization to increase the competitive ability because of providing
more loyalty among the customers. This leads in reducing the cost and expenditure of the
organization and modification allow the organization to expand their programs and
services in the international market. Therefore, in Australia there is more economic and
social development because of more business and satisfied customers.
The modification in delivering the programs as well as services also allow the
organization to maintain better organization structure by taking the orders of the clients in
timely manner and handling the grievances effectively (Dickinson, Gibson, Gotts,
Stobbart, & Robinson, 2017). This also leads in satisfying the needs of the customers and
support the organization to hire more competent and talent employee so that
unemployment is reduced in the economy.
In Australia, it is describe that several changes are done in the procedure of programs as
well as services because of managing the logistics in efficient manner. This helps the
organization to deliver the product accurately according to the needs and requirement of
the society.
