Seven Events Company believes that first expression is the last expression of clients or
customers. The event management company will design of a layout in a conference room in very
attractive way (Morris, 2016). Here are some elements which is undertaken for meeting
configurations of room are as follows-
Sitting Arrangement at Conference: It is very important that the conference hall
booked or selected by client must have sitting capacity. There are 55 guests who are attending
the seminar so it is important that there should be distance between the sittings as well as proper
space and ventilations so that suffocation is not felt by people.
