safeguarding the employees and elder citizens. Human right act 1998 is implemented to the working environment for involving mental
disorder service users.
Economic:
Seven King's residential care home faced economic issues at the time of recession which
affected its growth and performance.
Social care home needs to invest more for the welfare of the old people as they require extra
care and attention. Residential care home provides financial help to those clients who has poor economic
condition and spends their life on pension (Bhattarai, 2015).
