PART 1
In this part it assesses that why the professionals are not able to sell the idea of sexual
health programme because there are several teachers and parents who are do not think that
providing such training could affect the lessors of children. Hence, health lead team needs to
mention the importance of such training session and thus provide sexual health training to
students in order to improve their learning and prevent themselves from various diseases. Public
health is considered as the health of population as the whole and thus especially monitored,
regulated and promoted in order to maintain health and policy. However, providing information
regarding maintaining public health through organizing health promotion programme aims to
improve health conditions among young people (Department of Heath 2013). Therefore, it is
essential for health care practitioner to play significant role in leading on sexual health promotion
and involves school nurses in order to formulate policy so that sexual health among young
children could be maintained. School nurses are effectively involved in formulating the program
and thus reflect upon their knowledge regarding sexual health so that students and parents could
be made aware about its ill effects. Public health policy making process is effective and thus
bring changes within sexual health policies so that public health can be maintained and thus lead
the health of young people on sexual health promotion. However, through making effective
policies it helps in brining change and understanding regarding sexual health and thus promote
the health and well being of people within school. Also, it has been evaluated that some parents
argued that too much emphasis is being laid upon sexual health promotion at the expense of
other health issues that needs to be discussed which are prevailing in local area. Also, involving
school health nurses would take them aware from other aspects of work as they have to attend
training sessions on the Department of Health guidance. Thus, public health practitioner aims to
participate in promotional program on sexual health practices and therefore they need to develop
and carried oyt effective policy making processes (Wolch, Byrne and Newell, 2014). Thus, in
such part, school nurses play a significant role and therefore, proper policies needs to be
formulated so that sexual health information could be delivered to individuals.
Through carrying out public health policy making and policy change would reflect upon
bringing changes and thus people resist to such change that affects stakeholders. There are
different stakeholders available ho participate in such sexual health promotion program in order
to enhance their knowledge regarding improving their sexual health (Tulchinsky and

Varavikova, 2014). It also helps them to improve their sexual health information and thus protect
themselves from reducing unwanted pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections and addressing
issues of consent and safeguarding. Thus, knowledge needs to be provided to students and their
parents about all these sexual problems and enhance their knowledge so that better health could
be maintained. Further, it is also significant for school nurses to promote sexual health programs
and thus they took rational approach in delivering information as they found issues raised by
teachers and parents regarding gaining misleading information by students. Here, rational policy
decision has been adopted by health care lead and thus they could have used incremental
approach which is also appropriate as it helps them to omit some or most of these stages and
instead make minor adjustments so that needs of interest groups could be fulfilled. Here, rational
decision making has been implemented which has been found thatit involves a set of reasons that
are not found applicable for this particular course of action or belief. Rational decision making is
not appropriate as it makes multi step process for making logically sound decisions and thus
aims to follow orderly parth that helps in performing the identification of tough solution. It also
focuses upon making rational decision and thus overcome problems in regard to formulate
policy. While, instead of this, incremental decision making approach needs to be implemented as
it helps in omit certain stages and make minor adjustments in regard to accommodate the needs
or interest of groups. Hence, using such policy for decision making helps in improving the
performance and thus results in carrying out effective results so that appropriate decision making
could be attained.
There are various stakeholders involved such as teaches, principle, students, parents and
school nurses. It is essential for school nurses to provide knowledge regarding sexual health
among young children so that they can take proper precautions and improve their health and well
being. Therefore, in order to improve the health of young people it affects their health. There are
certain stakeholders that resist change and thus it influences stakeholders so that they can carry
out the desired work and inform young students regarding sexual health. Here, parents are also
considered as one of the major stakeholder and thus they are getting influenced regarding
affecting the ethnicity and religion of children (Aschengrau and Seage, 2013). Also, involving
school health nurses are emphasising on sexual health promotions at the expenses of other health
issues. Further, another stakeholder which was getting influenced are teachers such as they are
already under intense pressure on the curriculum and carrying out such initiative that would

increase their workload. However, it would also affect the students in the form that they would
miss some lessons behind attending such program.
Thus, it can be concluded from the case that power lies in the hands of parents and they
can overcome the sexual health program as it would impact upon the health of young children.
However, the key conflicts that were faced were it would divert the mind of students from
learning to attending such program. Also, policy making process in this case is considered as
rational decision (Naujokas and et. al., 2013).
PART 3
It can be evaluated that developing policy would result in carrying out effective result and
thus applying it to the situation within business helps in enhancing the performance of firm in
market. For instance, change management needs to be identified so that it can assess that change
in the opening hours of community centre would result in bringing appropriate policy regarding
change and thus apply that in regard to improve the community centre. At certain times change
in the opening hours of community centre and thus results into bringing policy making process
so that best results can be attained (Palacios and Gonzalez, 2014). Thus, change at work applying
policy making process and thus improve the learning process so that proper policy could be
maintained regarding bringing change in diverse way such as changing opening hours of
community centre. Thus, such changes would result into bringing learning and changing the life
of work so that individual could improve its working situation and attain set targets.
Further, it is considered that policy making is considered as an effective approach that
helps in bringing change and understanding regarding the development of policy so that
community centre timings could be improved and they can inform customers about the same.
Policy making is made at the community centre that helps in improving the changing at work and
thus bring changes through developing different policies so that success can be attained.
However, policy development sometimes influences the business decision and thus it needs to be
improved so that appropriate outcomes could be attained (Wolch, Byrne and Newell, 2014).
Therefore, it helps businesses such as community centre to bring changes in its opening times
and thus inform customers about the same regarding change in policies so that it does not affect
customers. However, policies needs to be improved in terms of benefiting customers and
therefore, it would result in performing the best actions so that success can be attained.
