Introduction
Report is about impact of society on development of women's in society. Report is going
to provide deep introduction on sexual offences by women and how society consider those
women in society. Report also consider impact of international criminal system and case is
provided of minor and sexual assaults done on her. Report shows how people label women's in
society who are involved in sexual offences. Also shows women as a criminal. Report shows
impact of those labels on daily lives of women.
Main body
Women who are evolved in sexual offences are generally labelled with different names
and victims. It is sad to know that large number of women's are labelled with wrong names and
labels that effects their overall presence. Large number of countries ban sexual offences and
consider it as a crime. Female sex offenders are rarely arrested and receive light sentences as
compare to male offenders. Sexual violence on women is still a big problem all over the world.
Sexual offences and labels on women have a huge impact of culture and values of society.
Sexual offences are generally considered as negative events. In today's world people mentality
towards sexual offenders are negative women's who are involved in this are considered as
criminals by large number of people of society(Henry and Powell, 2015.) . Culture plays an
important role on views and opinions of society towards sexual offenders. Sex ratio between
male and female is declining all over the world day by day. Attitude of generation shows a gap
between male and female. Mental stability of people highly influence overall development and
success of society. Male of society think they are superior and female are not important for
overall development of society. Large number of people use women female sexual offenders as a
product to them which increases cases like sexual violences on women. They have no human
rights they are just a need for an individual in a society. Male ego is one of the most important
reason in rise of an sexual offences. Sexual violence on women effects overall development of
their society(Beck, 2017.) . They are less laws are available for women sexual offenders if
something bad or wrong names are given to them government needs to develop strong rules for
welfare of women's in society.

implement society to develop mindset and works for welfare of the society. The justice system is
prepared so that women's involves in sexual offences are get justice from law and government.
International criminal court act 2001 is established towards crimes against humanity in united
kingdom. Courts are prepared for development of women assaults and development of plans for
welfare of women's involved in sexual offences.
Case study of sexual abuse on minor
Child abuse is a worse problems all over the world. Uneducated people and lack of moral
education become one of the main reason in increase of child abuse at a large scale. Case shows
children's are used to satisfy desires of adults and it puts an worse impact on overall development
of children it ruins their future, society is not ready to accept those children's. It effects mental
stability of children's. A case in a 17 year old girl is sexually assaulted by his own father. His
father presents her gift and threaten her to kill if she says it to anybody. Girl is smart and
intelligent and got 100 marks in accounting. Before his presentation she has complaint of pain in
lower abdominal and fever. After reports is is analysed that the patient is sexually assaulted
repeatedly by her father(Kang’ethe, Owino and Macigo, 2016.). Her mother was died in an road
accident. Her father also try to terminate her pregnancy. She is scared with engaging with
someone else. She was admitted in hospital and taken care by hospital staff she didn't want to
call police because if her father is arrested then she is not able to continue her studies and
schooling it will become a more worse situation for her. Doctors and staff of hospital would not
inform police but warn her father if he assault her daughter in future then strict actions will be
taken against him. Poverty is also the reason where large number of people will not able to get
help from law. In this case if anyone get information about sexual assault on a girl then it will
become a problem for girl in future people will consider her as sexual of fencer an label her with
different names. Government and international criminal system needs to develop an effective
laws and rights for welfare of children's and develop different rights for their welfare.

Labelling theory
The theory is used to classify a individual on the basis of their behaviour and identity that
effects their overall personality. Theory shows how people react to a another person on the basis
of their self identity. The criminal behaviour and social behaviour have a influence on labelling
of an individual. Sometimes labelling is positive but sometime negative. In this report labelling is
used for women's involved in sexual offences. Government needs to prepare laws and rules
against labelling because it effects self respect of a person.
Primary deviance
In this deviance a person is involved in social norm but if will not effect its overall self
respect(van Dijk, 2019.) . For example a women is married and part of sexual offence with her
husband then society will not label her with criminal tags. \
Secondary deviance
In this deviance a person is involved in social norms an it will effect its self respect. For
example a women who is a part sexual offences with other people will be considered as criminal
by other people and labelled with bad negative names.
Criminal
Some people of society will label women's as criminal because they part of sexual
assault. Labelling is done lack of moral education and culture plays an important role in overall
development and of a person an effects of sexual labelling on women. Sexual labelling like
criminal will effect self respect of women and build mental illness. Criminal is offensive and
effects overall personality of an women.
Victim
Some people of society is considered them as a victim. if an sexual assault is done on an
women then people in society will consider her as victim and culture of some countries will not
ready to accept those women.

Media is always active to cover reports on crimes like sexual assault and sexual offences
and it will effect knowledge, beliefs, attitudes and behaviours of general people. Media get those
