INTRODUCTION
Personal development is considered to be process of an individual which is regarding the
ways in which thy are able to develop and assess their own skills and qualities for achieving the
aims which they have for their set goals. A person's development is considered to be an effective
process which is helpful for the management of the potential of the learners. In this report the
discussion of about how I was able to develop self awareness and emotional intelligence has
been discussed. This report is also able to discuss the application of the learning for the
improvement of the relationships with others during the learning practices and experiences. This
report is also able to develop an effective smart development plan on the basis of the
development objectives of the learners. In this report different learning objectives has been
considered towards the management of the learning practices.
MAIN BODY
SELF AWARENESS and EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE-
For me being self-aware means to be aware of all the actions a person does in his daily
life. It also includes an individual knows about its feelings, emotions and values. From this
module I have learnt that by being aware of self I can develop many positive qualities and
removes negativity from my life. I have built Self Confidence as it is most important to get
success in life. For instance, whenever any new work I take I will do it confidently and achieve
success. I have written all the daily activities in a diary that is necessary to do in a day. This
helps me to know what I am doing on a day basis and helps me to complete the activities in
particular time frame. I get to know that my behaviour is not just affect me but the people who
surround me are also influenced by my behaviour. This makes me to feel happier as more and
more I am becoming self-conscious about myself and my actions. In addition to this I learnt that
mediation is also helpful in increasing self-awareness in oneself and keeps our mind calm and
peaceful so that I can perform better.
I have developed a habit of doing meditation in the morning and it makes my mind
refreshing and makes me becoming more aware about myself. For example, before doing
mediation I couldn't be able to complete my work on time and feels stress about the work
(Kustyarini, 2020). Now I am able do my work timely and don’t feel too much stress about the
work this all happened when mediation becomes part of my life. In addition to this I have
completed psychometric tests and it helped me to increase my mental capabilities. With the help

of these tests I came to know what skills I possess and what are the areas need to improve. I
have worked on those areas and improved myself better. Thus, by becoming self-aware it helped
me in developing an overall good personality.
The reason I have been able to bring emotional intelligence into myself is for growing the
business. This is considered to be the ability of the business to manage the emotions which
provide the business with positions which helps in understanding the use and management of the
emotions which is helpful for positive ways of relieving stress. I was able to empathize with
others in order to over come some challenges and defuse the conflicts of all the different nature.
In my experiences I was able to develop my self-awareness which provide me the key strategies
to bring growth into the management of the operations. This has also helped me to develop
strong strategies that bring effectiveness to the organizational operations.
For the business it is going to be very important for me to develop strong operations
which allow me to grow strategies of motivating employees in the organization. The practices of
my learning has been helpful for me to motivate myself through the key elements of individual
development. I have been able to understand the key aspects of the learning practices. My this
feature has allowed me to bring success in the empathetic learning practices which helped me to
develop strong practices.
Emotional Intelligence- means use your intelligence to know about your emotions and
others. It includes how you deal with your emotions and others in a positive manner. It is also
called as Emotional Quotient. From this module I have learnt that by being aware of my own
thinking my life problems will be easily solved (Mattingly and Kraiger, 2019). I have learnt that
firstly I have to understand my emotions correctly then only possible solutions will be find out
from this. My emotional intelligence did improve when I was able to analyse the important
aspects of my learning practices.
Self-Awareness – With help of self-awareness I have become more conscious of my own
emotions and analyse various reasons to know what are the correct reason of problem. I am able
to recognize my strengths and weakness and finding ways to overcome my weakness and helped
me to build confidence in myself. Awareness in the business is very important as it helps me to
not only influence strong learning practices. It will be important for me to make sure that I was
considering new key factors towards the learning and development of me and my fellow
workers. It will be very beneficial for me to analyse the key concepts which would provide me

the growth that I have been looking. My self-awareness has been the result of the essential hard-
work which is able to be the key factor that would influence my personal development.
Self-regulation- In this I am becoming aware how my feelings impact others and a need
to improve them. In this express your feelings and emotions because if we hide our feelings then
it will lead to mental stress (Norboevich, 2020). From this module I learnt that with the help of
this it will help me in solving conflicts with others and tackle difficult situations. I have been
able to increase my influence in the learning as I was able to understand the key importance of
the operations. Me being able to regulate my day to day activities can be the reason which would
provide me the essential consideration of how I will be able to manage myself in creating
experiences which would be providing me the growth that is required.
Motivation- This is the most important skill because motivation is needed to achieve the
goals in life. It not only helps me in fulfilling my personal goals but professional as well. For
instance, I set smaller goals and makes myself motivated to fulfil those goals and after achieving
those goals I give reward to myself. I also feel very motivated because I have been able to
understand the concepts of how to keep myself motivate without any external influences. For me
motivation can be considered to be a very important factor that would be allowing me to bring
growth in my efforts towards both my personal and professional development.
Empathy- It means to know how others are feeling and find the possible reasons why
they are feeling sad. For instance, I talked with my friend to know the problem and after
interpreting I gave them possible solutions to get over from that situation. Empathizing has been
my weakness for a long time however recently I have focused on new strategies that would help
me to improve my experience during the motivations. My strategy to empathize on the learning
experiences can be a factor that would impact my performance. I can also try to bring success to
myself through growing essential experiences which help me bring growth. This is considered to
be a very strong way in which I would be able to understand how to learn operations.
Social skills - This skill is very important skill I have learnt because now I interact with
other people and helps me in building better relationship. For example, I observed people around
me, listened carefully and communicates with them makes my relationship better with them. In
addition to this EQ is very important at workplace as it increases team performance in the
organization. Emotional intelligent leader knows how to motivate the employees of organization
so that goals of company will be achieved. Socially I have been able to influence myself in such

my work timely it will get delayed. For instance, I got a project in a team we are 3 members to
complete that work. I have not completed my daily task on a given time and it created conflicts
among us. Team members raises concern that this member is not completing their work. Poor
management of time leads to hinders in maintaining a good relationship at workplace. After I

This also reduces stress at workplace and I don't feel overburdened. It improves my relationship
with the other group members. I was able to motivate myself towards the understanding of the
organizational operations. It can be said that I would help me to bring growth in the operations

In this I learnt Goal setting is also important because I can complete my work in a given
time only when goals are decided. I set short term and long term goals that I need to achieve and
then time limit is set by me. After that I planned and prioritize my work which need to be done
first and so on to avoid the stress. I was able to learn that doing some effective practices would
be very defective for me to influence my work through the management of the opportunities
which would provide me the experiences which are needed to be influenced.
I have also learnt Problem solving skill this helps to solve the difficult situations I face at
my workplace or at daily basis. In this I find various possible solutions for that problem and after
analysing I choose what fit's best to solve this problem. For instance, I listened to people who are
around me at workplace so that I get the information and opinions of other people. After that I
find the solutions why this problem has arisen in an organization. Analytical skills that I learnt in
this I try to find the Logical reasons in a problem and what are the long term impact of this
problem. I find the practical solutions of this problem. This skill also helped me in a team in case
of any conflicts and issues arises in a group. I find the best solutions and motivates team
members to accept that solution. (Rios and et.al 2020). Decision making skills also helps me to
solve problems because among the various possible solutions I am now able to choose the best
decision that will results in successful. Both the decision-making skills and the problem solving
skills are considered to be the ways in which the learning experiences of the organization can be
improved. It can also be said that I have been able to introduce new learning experiences which
provide me the success that it requires. Management of the learning experiences can provide me
the operations which I would like to manage that is considered to be effective for me to both
bring success to my professionalism and also build new growths.

individuals are regarding my personal development. I can be said that mental growth is the
growth which focuses on the development of the mind which affects the personal thought
process. Social growth is considered to be the factor which influences the ways in which an
individual behaves with the society. Spiritual growth of the individual can be seen as the
objective which helps then to development their mental peace. Very similar to the mental growth
spiritual growth is also related to the mind but is more concerned with the individual behaviour
with others (French and Eskridge, 2021). Team work is also a personal objective which is
considered to be the key factor that allows a person to be more effective in the collaborative
practices. Time management is also a personal growth strategy which is considered to be the
factor that allows the individual to bring growth the ways in which they are able to handle
different situations. Communication is the skills which is considered to be the one of the most
essential objective that allows the individual to bring growth to different forms of operations.
However, out of all these objectives it can be said that the Social growth is the personal objective
which is needed to be improved the most (Lejeune, Beausaert and Raemdonck, 2021). Factors
which are able to bring growth in the learning practices. The social growth for me was the

CONCLUSION
With the help of this report it can be concluded that the there are different goals which I
would need to achieve in order to successfully achieve bring social growth in my learning
practices. In this report I was able to utilize my reflective skills for developing my growth in the
self awareness and emotional intelligence in the learning practices. It can be said that through
development of the relationship with others I am going to be able to bring effectiveness in the
ways in which I can growth my social skills. The group skills which are helpful for me to bring
growth which can bring social intelligence which is considered to be the factor that bring the
learning practices. In this report I have prepared a smart personal development plan with regard
to the social growth objective of personal development.
