misunderstanding which is related with the issue in working that discourage the working of
talented employee. The outcome is that the talented employee leave the job and environment
become toxic and non-productive for the working (Simina, and Raluca, 2022).
RECOMMENDATION
It is well recommended that the management and new entrepreneur of the Unilever is used
to show the proper customisation in the work practice which is performed by the employee. In
addition, the leadership style must be change in order to demise the issue which is based on the
management in order to enhance productivity and profitability. In addition, they use Shackleton
leadership style which may lead and manage the employee and motivate in such way which that
can follow the context to achieve the desired goals. Before making any decision the suggestion is
used to taken from all the employee as per their view decision are used to made. The proper
training and other approach are used to taken which is beneficial for the organisation to enhance
the growth (Maylawati, Khosyi'ah, and Kholiq, 2022).

As per the above discussion, it is well evaluated that the current time is usually focus on the
various opportunities for the organisation which may arise the contemporary issue for the
management which is related with the firm leader and sometime the behaviour of employee. The
issue is inaccurate leadership style, demotivated employee and lack of communication.
Shackleton leadership style is usually effective style which help manager in order to motivate
