SHARE’N’GO COMPANY STAKEHOLDERS CHARTER
Share’n’go works as at creating an ethical business environment where all business activities are
carried out professionally. This is possible with the aid of our stakeholders who are our
employees, customers and the surrounding community at large. Establishing the culture of
business ethics has been possible through the incorporation of the UN Global Compact
principles. Out of the principles, we chose the following 4 principles;
i. Principle 1: Business should support and respect the protection of
internationally proclaimed human rights
Based on this understanding, the Share’n go Company expresses regarding the prevention of the
human rights as enlisted by the United Nations Organizations. In this context, the Australian
community enjoys a hybrid culture where people are belonged to the indigenous as well as white
settlers (Chidiac, 2018). Any kind of racial practices can evoke a violation against the norms and
principles of UN. Therefore, the Share’n go Company assures to follow the norms by prohibiting
any kind of racial treatment with the employees as well as the customers.
ii. Principle 6: The elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and
occupation
Share’n’go believes in diversity and provision of equal opportunities to all employees and
individuals. Therefore, everyone is granted an equal opportunity to showcase their expertise.
iii. Principle 9: Encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally
friendly technologies
In order to create an environmentally fit community, Share’n’go works towards providing cities
with electric cars with no emission that could result into air and noise pollution.

iv. Principle 10: Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms,
including extortion and bribery.
Share’n’go is a corruption- free zone and works under the principle zero tolerance to all forms of
corruption. Share’n’go has therefore, put measures in place to also punish any form of corruption
whatsoever (Caliskan and Esen, 2018).
Apart from the UN Global Compact, Share’n’go also puts into practice other four principles to
further creation of an ethical and professional environment. They are;
Principle 1: Ensure the safety of customers
Share’n’go does not compromise the customers’ safety. Measures have therefore, put in place to
ensure that the final product unleashed to customers cannot inflict any possible arm.
Principle 2: Communication with employees and customers
Share’n’go values communication and therefore, ensures proper channels are put in place for a
good flow of communication. This includes seeking and acting upon customers’ feedback
(Amer, 2018).
Principle 3: The principle of involvement
Share’n’go is an open enterprise that believes in incorporating the employees’ ideas aimed at
providing better services for the customers. Customers’ views are also considered.
Principle 4: Ensure provision of a clean, safe and comfortable environment for clients and
staff
In regard to safety and health, Share’n’go ensures the cleaning of the environment so as to ensure
the customers and the staff do not suffer emotions and other harmful chemicals that might harm
