In order to provide relief to the people from the hustling and bustling of the city lives the concept
of Center Parcs was introduced in the United Kingdom. The objective of introducing the concept
of Center Parcs was to provide short breaks in the forest to the city people to rejuvenate
themselves along with family members by providing high quality experience. From
accommodation to leisure activities, the facilities in Center Parcs are all meant to attract the
people to the services of Center Parcs. Stakeholder analysis of Sherwood Forest Center Parcs
village affects the decision in relation the marketing mix in the following ways.
People: The people of requiring immediate breaks from city life will be looking for places where
they will be able to spend little time with their family and friends without missing the luxury of
various aspects of city life. The quality of accommodation and other leisure facilities will attract
the people to the Sherwood Forest Center Parcs village.
Price: The price of the services and products mainly depend on the quality of the product and
services. In this case also the better the quality of services in the village the higher would be
demand for the services in the village. The price of services offered in the village will be affected
with the quality of its services (Dubromel, 2017).
Promotion: Promotion affects the demand of a product and service and it is no different in this
