With the coverage of the firm business in over 40 countries and with the help of the 45000 workers,
the firm believes that they could be counted under the globalized firm in the world. The important
principles which will are observed with the help of affordability of the people who work and also
from the local market based on Alpha and compensation policy. The firm is performing with their
whole and sole motto of becoming the global MNC in the world, with the help of recruiting and best
suitable employees in the firm the company could easily manage the working style and growing level
of the company. This is to be kept In utter importance that the firm recruits only those individual
who are highly talented and can provide the firm with the extravaganza benefits. The firm improves
the motivation of employees with the help of rewards, incentives and motivation traits which
encourage them to perform better (Piva and Rossi-Lamastra, 2018).
The employees when recruited in the firm as well trained with the working skills and are
acknowledged properly for the better understanding of the best-suited work to them. The firm
provides its staff members to work on the tasks which are challenging to increase the better
opportunities for the firm (Anderson et al., 2019). The frim structure which revolves around the
autonomy is also managed in the way which brings the improvement in the firm’s performance. The
firm also believes that when the better opportunities get granted to the employees it increase their
way of performing things and helps them in earning more benefits. The SHRM traits which have
been performed by the company, Alpha has made their employees of the firm reach the leadership
of the business and manages their strategies in bets possible ways which assist the employee’s
growth performance in a great way (Charan et al., 2018). This could be easily said with the whole
detail discussion of SHRM that it has the major concern towards learning about the traits which
motivate the employees to perform better and focus on making the long term growth plans which
comes out to beneficial for the firm objective and helps in resolving the issues which take place in
the company or business. The HR and SHRM are similar only but the SHRM is more on making the
relations among the employees getting performed more smoothly in the firm (Anderson et al.,

SHRM POLICIES THAT ALPHA CAN IMPLEMENT TO FIT IN DECREASING
MARKET INNOVATIVE CAPACITY AND INTERNATIONAL CONTEXTS
The policies of SHRM are taking in the company to increase the performance growth of the worker in
the firm and supervise plus manage the type of working style of the employees in the company. The
policies of SHRM are mostly planned and stated by the management department or the owner of
the business and are governed by the local or state employment law (Zehir et al., 2016). Human
resource department of the firm is responsible for selecting the best-suited candidate for the
company and also accomplish all the requirements the firm has been asking for. The challenges
which are face by the top multinational companies are mostly connected with the coordination and
control among the subsidiaries and headquarters. One of the same challenges could be seen in
making the balance between the autonomy form subsidiaries and push control of the headquarters
(Barik and Kochar, 2017).
The SHRM policies when applied in any firm is said to emplace the great benefit on the improvement
of the firm which helps the company to understand the culture of the company in a better way and
also help the employees to have the smooth and clear hold on the understanding level of employees
in the firm. The policies help in delivering equality for the individuals in the firm and maintain the
clarity of working traits for the better employee structuring the company (Zehir et al., 2016). Alpha
with the better hold on the policies of HR has the guidelines which make the relationship of the
employees more suitable and get them connected with better understanding each other’s
behaviours and traits. The firm, Alpha has believed that the employees must be treated as the
important asset of the company and so every step must be taken to motivate them which help the
employees of the firm provide the best of the return to the firm for their investment (Zehir et al.,
2016).
It was observed in the firm understanding that the two markets were observed for the better Alpha
and compensation policy. The company, Alpha was found struggling in making the firm attain
successfully run with its cultural traits which are required for the global network also it was observed
that there was much of power of the company for the centralisation and decision making (Barik and
Kochar, 2017). The company has been making the efforts to become part of the best global MNC
from all over the world, which also identifies that the firm is already listed under the top IT service
companies. The firm to manage such great talented states of the firm, which are highly talented and
their talent makes the firm get the success which could only be received with the help of same are

rewarded with different things such as incentives (Siddique et al., 2020). The good performers of the
firm are also assisted as the role model of the company for the other employees to boost their
performance as well. The firm with its global network has more preference over the employees who
come from the local background and have the knowledge and idea about the local environment and
market.
The policy of strategic human resource management is undertaken by the company to develop the
policy and training methods in the firm and make sure that it gets developed as planned and the
recruitment and training process is managed properly (Shu et al., 2019). Alpha, believe that the
proper strategy should be implemented in the company to manage the working style of the
employees which encourage them to perform the work in a well-assisted manner and help them to
produce the work in a manner which develops the firm and also the workers. The firm was also
found commenting in a study that they will be adopting the inventory associations for making the
relation of industrial better with the help of making the labour welfare program more improved and
will help to resolve more number of issues in the firm as compared to the competitive market
(Siddique et al., 2020). The strategic human resource implementation policy which has been
implemented by the company, Alpha is a selection and recruitment policy in the international
market which helps the firm in making suitable decisions for the firm. The firm adopted the training
and development policy at the time when the market rate was on the declining level, the firm
assesses the following by knowing that they make the employees trained in the manner that they
work more thoroughly on the need of the firm and Alpha also makes sure that every employee is
well known with the idea of working on the machines which help the employee increase their
working ability and also make the task of the employees get easier making the company gain the
advantage of the growth and attain the goals they have been aspiring for (Siddique et al., 2020).
Alpha has the process of internationalization process which helps in recognizing the polycentric and
adaptive approach which helps the firm in embedding the best practices for the global market from
the countries which are said to be advanced (Jiang et al., 2020). It could be observed from a study of
the same firm Alpha, that in the major reflection of valuing the employees and making the best
suitable practices for them in the firm which increase their way of working style majorly the voice of
employees were missing as the company is to be suggested to have the better hold on this because
the voice of the employees is very important to be performed and known for the better reflection of
growth advantage for the company (Jiang et al., 2020).
