Introduction
Leadership is a skill set that comes with time and experience in person that help company to achieve its
target goal in effective manner. It only guide company but they also work with employees to get the
work done through effective manner. Leader motivate the employee for work and satisfied towards
company. The guidance under leader assist employees to accomplish the target objectives of assign
task. They also trained and develop employee through analyses the performance of each employees in
organization that motivate employee to attain the task in time (Till, McKimm and Swanwick, 2020).
The effectiveness of working of leaders in company help to reduce the cost and time taken by
employee and company to complete the task and move forward towards ultimate aim and objectives.
This report shows how I use to work and motivate my colleagues to attain the task in cost effective
manner.
Main Body
I am the leader of Siemens company in operations project leaders where I am performing as a
leader of work to complete the project on time. My responsibilities is to mange the project overall
through allocating resources to motivating employee for work I used management and leadership
approaches to complete project effectively. The leadership approaches which I used in project are:
Participatory leadership style: This style help me quite well and effective which assist me to get
the work into new ideas and creativity to complete the project task. This style states the
involvement of employees in decision making of projects and employees are welcome to put
their suggestions and decisions for better working and achieving the ultimate goal of project.
This leadership style assist me to know the new innovative ideas which really help me take
decision in some places and result me effective returns and save my project cost and time. My
subordinates are motivated towards work as this decision are being in accordance with their
values and ideas with some strategies which are followed by management and top authorities of
Siemens group (Bannon, 2020).
Transformation leadership style: I also followed transformation leadership style in some part of
my project I used to work with my team members and enough them to known their ideas and
suggestions on completing the work of project. I used to encourage employees to build the
thinking level of mind to complete the work in cost effective manner. It inspire others to build
their thinking abilities and develop the skills in them to complete the work in most effective
manner. It also increase the working performance of each employee that help me to complete
project on time and minimize the cost of project of Siemens. This leadership style I followed at
a time of decision making of operation task which need to complete with team work and proper
assistance under the guidance of project manager.
However, some management style which I usually followed by to manage the thinks between company
on site projects. The resource which are used to complete the project effectively. The management
approaches I used are:
Interpersonal behavior approach: This approaches is one of my personal favorite approach

where employees are motivate to work together and to achieve the task. This approach is used
to complete task together and working efficiency is increase to accomplish project on time. The
understanding of each other relationship and importance help company to achieve the goal in a
result if employee working performance and their efficiency of working. This also leads to
solve problem within time limit and decision making is being done effectively (Oluwafemi,
Mitchelmore and Nikolopoulos, 2020).
Decision approach: This approach I used are time of decision making of some problems. The
major focus of management is on decision making only. This approach he me out on certain
questions like How, what and why arises in problems. This are certain challenges which I faced
during the project and assist management to overcome the problems. This approaches are being
used further that precedes decision and all things which followed on decisions only.
Communication center approach: This approaches is used for effective communication between
employees and management. It help me through communicating with my team through proper
channel and working connecting with each pother formally and informal organizational. This
help me out with connecting to all employees with the real problem that are faced by them
during projects while management issues are being resolve through connecting with each other
and increase the trust and loyalty in employees toward Siemens (Hudson, 2021). This approach
help me quite effective as in connect with each employees and known there problems and issues
that are faced and having problems with management and polices company implemented on
employees. However, this approach also help me with getting the information and all details
property by my subordinated about the projects. While I also able to connect with higher
authorities to complete my work and report them on time.
Hence, this are some of main approaches which I used in my project of Siemens. This approaches help
me out many thinks which I used to overcome with effective manner and face challenges confidently
with my team work and management support that help to complete the work well managed and
complete in time period assigned.
Conclusion
The report conclude that leadership is an important activity which help to manage the task and
operate in operation to complete the projects on time and effective manner. I gained my skills through
facing many challenges during my working projects of Siemens (Mill, and et.al., 2020). I used
management and leadership approaches which help me out to faced problems and issues confidently
and assist me to accomplish company’s project well organized and achievable of objectives and goals.
Hence it help me out certain other thinks that I manage to complete my responsibilities and roles in
company.
