Problem statement:
Primary problem statement-
Signet Jewelers Limited (SIG) is one of the jewelers that has several stores across the
world. While analyzing this aspect it is observed that the company has faced a huge turning
problem which has majorly impacted the business growth of the company. Thus, a huge
necessity of effective investment was required into the business structure of Signet Jewelers
Limited (Lambert, Ewing and Withers 2018).
Secondary problem statement-
Apart from the above identified problems it is observed that the growth of the
organization was due to the increment of the stores of this Jewelers, however the threat of being
replaced by any other Jewelers is also possible. Hence, it is very essential to mitigate this
problem with effective mitigation approaches.
Significant factors:
In order to get a detail idea about the business procedure and growth of Signet Jeweler
Limited, an analysis on the business infrastructure of the SIG has been conducted with respect to
