from dementia they lose their memory day by day and goes through different physical problems
such as anger, loss of sleep, forget to eat and dressed themselves. Similarly, on other side,
bereavement is regarded as situation where individual is losing their loved and dear one. This
leads them to suffer from various problems such as depression, health issues, lack of sleep. Being
health and social care professional I have conducted different activities and programmes for
supporting and helping people who have suffered from bereavement and dementia. For instance,

or grief strike people in organisation. Organisation response conduct critical incident for
supporting individuals where they create significant human distress and overwhelm for coping
them. In this support, they deal with facts, feel their pain and others. The counselling is
recommended to support individual who are suffering from life events.
The critical incident response team conduct various sessions such as defusing, debriefing,
follow up, critiquing and additional support (Sudore and et. al., 2017). Each of them play an
effective role for supporting life experiences people. The defusing session is conducted for 6 to 8
hours where there is meeting of individuals provided by trained peers and counsellors. In this
emotional, physical and mental reactions is explained and how to take care are shared with those
people. Debriefing session is regarded as semi structure, one time conversation who has
experienced traumatic or stressful life events. The main purpose of such organisation response is
to reduce psychological harm through sharing their own experiences with those people.
Similarly, in follow up session the debriefing team check whether affected individuals are coped
up with arise problems. Critiquing session is conducted few weeks after caused of incident. In
this response, how incident has handled, prevented and effectiveness and others. Therefore, these
are possible organisation responses to support individuals experiencing a significant life event.
This can help them to recover at faster speed and make them healthy.
3.2 Reflect own personal contributions to support of individuals experiencing significant life
event
While I was treating person who suffered from significant life experiences I learned
many new things related with their mental and physical conditions. With this I came to know
about various types of impact of live experiences which is person is going through in their life
and it will be impacting on their social, physical and mental life such as bereavement and

facilities for life event experiences person like bereavement and dementia. There are some
recommendation that can be given through analysis of above mentioned situation. They are as
follows:
In order to improve and support life event experiences people, they can adopt North west
advancing quality programmes where they have to work on continuous basis and using
of level data that includes feedback and diagnosing and tacking problems.
They can adopt NHS leadership where they can create freedom for delivering consistent
standard of care for supporting and helping affected people.
It is also recommended to follow NHS and Social care model in order to perform various
support. This helps in earlier detection, effective medicine management, reduction in
crises, improving quality life and others.
They can adopt bereavement support services where there proactive service is provided
and services should be provided to affected people in effective and efficient manner.
For children, there should be proper care centre where they should understand
development of child and solve their problems and issues.
Apart from these the other recommendation provided are as follows:
