1- Characteristics of any project and significance of intergartion management in project
management setting
Scope of management project resource, time, risk and quality are main characteristics of
project that have to be well managed by researcher (Heldman, 2018). Research project needs to
be unique and provide better outcomes after conducting overall investigation.
Integration management is one of the best way used to make different procedures work
together. It is all about maintaining equilibrium in all aspects of project includes cost, quality,
time, scope and other things. It is really very essential in project management setting as it helps
to comprise everything together and transfer all inputs needed for further stage of project that can
save time and cater desired outcomes on timely manner.
2- Scope statement for a project and role of WBS
Usually written by project handler, a scope statement outline overall project including
any deliverables & its features and list of different stakeholders who can be influenced
(Sanghera, 2019). It considers as tool utilized to describe major deliverable of task including
high degree requirements, important milestones, constraints as well as assumptions. The scope
statement of research project include objectives, specific aims and deliverables that can be used
to measure success.
It can be said that work break down structure play crucial role, it is project deliverable
that manage work of team into manageable section and in effective manner that is really very

management project (Wangchuk and Turner, 2019). Once top degree numbers are developed
amounts are allocated to each department and business functions accordingly that may be formed
a detailed budget with their key allocation. The benefit of this method is that it helps assumes

estimate.
Bottom up budgeting is second approach also used in context of same thing (Robinson
and Schroeder, 2020). With this method procedure begins in individual operations where
accountable person creates a budget and then send it to upwards for final approval.
4- Four form of project risks and measures used to overcome two of risks
Management or any project are always fraught with different of risks ranging from
financial risk to resources (Jollands and Hirsch, 2018). Cost risk, time management, operations
and resource risks are the four types of project risk that can be impact on every activity of tasks
and makes project manager unable to obtain desire results.
To overcome financial risk project handlers must create specific budget by using most
suitable approach and decide everything accordingly as it help to accomplish tasks under allotted
budget. Another measure can be taken to overcome resource risks that is very important because
it affects project management. To build strong team manager should discipline their workers and
prepare them to conduct a project with require skills.
5- One quality method used to assure project is successfully completed
Project evaluation approach can be introduced to assure that project is successfully and
effectively accomplished (Yang, Su and Wen, 2017). It helps to identify what elements or stages
of an initiative do not act and why. This method also aid to determine areas that require
improving in order to cater the best and correct services. It considers as systematic and effective
assessment of project.

good demand and preference which is given by the student in regards of having technical
learning in the market. For the same reason Sunderland London Campus is looking to renovate
their lecture and library and looking to insert more technological tool in the hall such as e latest
smart boards and interactive gadgets that enhances contemporary learning (Sanghera, 2019).
Project Aim
To improve the quality of he different type of the learning for the student at the University.
Project Objectives
“To refurbish the library and lecture theatre room and move the same to the second floor from
ground floor”.
“To incorporate different smart boards and interactive gadget in the University to improve the
level of learning at University”.
Stakeholder
Competitor: They are one of the most important stakeholder of these project as there are
many different type of competitor who used to operate in the industry these will eventually
create the variety of the challenges as they will try to develop more proficient project in the
organization.
Student and University member: They are another important stakeholder of the project,
reason behind the same is that all the different decision which will be taken in the project
management will be taken on the basis of the need and preference of student and University as
they are the one who will be using these sort of facility in the nation (ul Hassan, Ahmad and
Zuhaira, 2018).

different plans and provides the different guideline to the team member. Also, they used to
represent the project team in front of client.
Project Team: They are another important stakeholder in the project, as they will be
carrying out different operation of the project on the basis of the different guidelines which will

Target Audience
These project of the organization will be targeting the two type of the audience in the
organization as there are two type of the audience in the University who will be using the same
project in the nation (Wen and Qiang, 2019). The first will be the teacher and professor in the
nation, as they are the one who will be using the project to provide the learning to the studenty
and student are the one in the nation who will be improving the efficiency of variety of the
learning which has been taken in the organization. Project manager will target the need of both
the audience while making project in the University.
Scope
These project will be bringing good sort of the scope for the organization, as with the
help of these project in the nation organization will be seeing the wider market area open for
them in terms of number of the student are being attracted toward the university. As there is good
sort of demand to have a technological tools and upgraded technology to have a learning in the
student of the University.
Project delivery
Project in the organization will be delivering in total 25 rooms, in which 5 room for
library and 20 rooms for lecture teaching in the nation on the second floor of the University also
will incorporate different technological tool such as smart board and interactive gadget in the
nation.
Alternate plan
There are two alternate plan which has to be made in the organization, one will be related
to the procurement of different item in the organization and another will be related to the HRM
policy in regards of recruitment. Reason behind the same is that alternate procurement plan in the
organization will help the company in making sure that there is availability of raw material.

It is the plan in the project management which will be describing the different type of risk
which can be occur in the project due to any uncertainty which may occur in the future. Some of

Acceptance Plan
This is the plan in the organization which used to explain the fact that there are may thing which

majorly because it may happen that the need and preference of different consumer in the market
can change rapidly.
Execution Phase of project
After completion of planning phase in the project, execution phase is generally started in the
project. It is the stage in which different plan and resources are developed in a way that they are
able to execute the project. Execution plan for the project is as follows:
Time: It is the element which used to define the amount of the time which will be taken
by the project management in the organization to develop the project for the team. For the
project of the team project team will be taking 6 months for completing the project for the Client.
Quality: It is another important aspect which will be consider at the time of managing the
quality of the project at the time of developing the same in the organization. For this project,
project team in the nation will be using the KPI tool to check the quality and will also be
adopting the operational management tool in the organization to manage the quality of the
project in the long run.
Changes: It is another important aspect which is consider by the Execution plan, this
section used to showcase the different type of the changes which may take place in the project.
On the basis of the same used to make the variety of the different type of policy to maintain the
changes very efficiently. Few changes which may occur in this project is non adoption of the
technology which has been used in the project by the project manager. Increasing employee
turnaround in the organization. Also, increasing demand of other alternatives which was not used
in the project.
Communication- This is another important aspect of the execution plan which is generally
consider with regards to proper execution of variety of different project activity. Reason behind

client and if aims and objective are not met then necessary step are taken to achieve the same in

The project which will be developed, will be giving the 5 new library at the second floor
so that private study of the student can be done. At the same time 20 new workstation will be
given to make sure that the good quality of the learning is being provided to the different student
in the nation (Edwards, Serra and Edwards, 2019).
